Clean, comfortable and quiet room

Customer Service was great, lady was really nice and patient with me not knowing how to open automatic gate. Good place for foreiginers, also room had AC, bed was comfy, sleep amazing. Quiet place, and there's cleaning service involved. Didn't exept that and i was amazed actually.

The location of the accommodation is excellent and it is right near the center of Reggio Emilia so you can go to the city on foot. There is also a free parking near the accommodation (in front of the cemetery, about 300 m away). The city center is beautiful, not so touristic and it is definitely worth visiting. There are also at weekends street markets in the city center. If you are in the city, you should definitely visit the Civic Museums of Reggio Emilia (free entry) and the Teatro Municipale Reggio Emilia, where are often concerts or other events. Anyway, buying Parmesan at the market is a must, because it is really good.

Clean and modern.

The mattress was extremely uncomfortable. Metal headboard creaked every time you turned over. The shower faucet plate came off the wall making it difficult to toggle between hand shower and overhead. They do not provide coffee or bottled water free of charge. You have to pay for it out of a vending machine.

Bello, ma una nottata terribile

La stanca è molto accogliente e pulita e la struttura si trova un una buona posizione, poco distante a piedi dal centro. Sono anche a disposizione due macchinette per il caffè nello spazio comune.

Purtroppo le testiere in lamiera hanno reso la nottata un inferno in quanto facevano rumore ad ogni minimo spostamento.

O acesso está automatizado, mas funciona na perfeição. O ambiente do quarto é calmo e sobretudo, muito limpo, com serviço de quartos diário.

Não ter no quarto a possibilidade de poder fazer um chá, no entanto existe uma máquina de café, no hall de distribuição entre quartos.

Soggiorno comodo e tranquillo

L'alloggio è stato comodissimo per le nostre esigenze, ovvero la vicinanza con la Clinica Salus. Ho avuto bisogno dell'assistenza del personale due volte ed entrambe le volte hanno trovato una soluzione immediata per telefono. L'alloggio è perfetto per chi non ha bisogno di particolari esigenze, le camere sono spaziose, riscaldate e confortevoli. Non c'è il personale come in hotel (ovviamente) dunque lo sconsiglio per chi ha questa necessità ma comunque viene fornita la biancheria e sostituita quotidianamente. Il centro si trova a pochi minuti di camminata ma il b&b si trova comunque in una zona tranquillissima e sicura. Per la colazione ci sono delle macchinette automatiche per esigenze varie ma consiglio di fare una passeggiata e recarsi direttamente in centro dove ci sono tanti locali o pasticcerie.

La colazione come servizio aggiuntivo migliorerebbe la qualità del b&b ma come dice il nome stesso è un bed e basta :)

Tutto perfetto come da descrizione, e molto piacevole. Entrare con check in online oltre ad essere molto pratico, è stato facile e comunque supportato dalle indicazioni chiare della struttura. Mi sono sentita tranquilla. Stanze pulite, sobrie e vivibili, hanno anche un profumo piacevole e facile regolazione dei riscaldamenti e utilizzo del bagno. Se ripasserò per la città volentieri ritorneró qui

Ben posizionato, silenzioso ed accogliente

La colazione non è inclusa. Ci sono dei distributori automatici al piano delle camere, dopotutto è un “bed & basta” 😄. Si raggiunge facilmente e a piedi si arriva al centro della città. Non c’è limite orario al check in dato che non c’è reception quindi è un ottima soluzione.

Ho segnalato un problema con QR code e per fortuna c'era l' addetta alle pulizie che ha contattato la responsabile. Io non ci sono riuscita. Ci ho parlato su richiesta all' addetta ai piani. Il pulsante della doccia non funzionava. Ho anche segnalato la perdita di acqua del water che scende ininterrottamente. Il materasso non è dei più confortevoli.

L'unica cosa le lenzuola molto usurate con delle rotture nelle fodere dei cuscini, il frigobar senza nemmeno una bottiglietta d'acqua. Il prezzo leggermente alto calcolando che non c'è personale e neppure la colazione .

Ottima posizione. Anche a piedi é facile raggiungere il centro e la stazione dei treni, nelle vicinanze ci sono vari servizi e un supermarket Coop. Costruzione della struttura datata ma completamente rimessa a nuovo. Noti che non sia di recente costruzione solamente dalle scale, pulita e dotata sia di area relax con libri a disposizione, che di una area ristoro con distributori automatici, Accesso sicuro con qr code a scadenza e tessera nfc. WI-FI Gratis e ambiente pulito.
