Bathroom very nice and room space

Power went out multiple times due to a storm. AC turned off and all very humid No back up, would highly suggest to provide some sort of battery pack or source of power

A bit of an odd set up but rooms comfortable and clean.

Very clean. Bed comfortable. Host helpful via WhatsApp. Great coffee machine available for breakfast use.

No host present. It is a three bedroom flat turned into a B&B, having a small shared kitchen space. Neighbours within the block not happy about having a B&B and were quite rude to us twice, without reason. We were shouted at for talking at normal volume walking down the stairwell mid morning! The walls were not sound proofed. Another guest was noisy in their phone until very late. No access to iron allowed.

Quick overnight stay. Nice beds and bathroom.

Lovely bathroom and beds were comfortable. The food set out was a nice touch since breakfast was included. Host was very helpful.

We didn’t really get to explore the area as it was a quick overnight stay but I don’t think it’s walking distance to center of town. We weren’t expecting to be in a shared space (the bedroom and bathroom were sep but the living area/kitchen was shared with 2 other units within apartment). Not really an issue for us as we were only there overnight.

The location, near the city centre but just off the crowd; it's at walking distance from the main attractions.

The breakfast was not great, with just packaged foodstuff and not big choices.

Room was a little too warm at night as we couldn’t get the aircon to workBreakfast was not as expected Instructions were to collect what you wanted and eat in your room. This was not ideal as there was no table to eat from. selection of food was mainly a selection of prepacked processed food with no fresh food other than a yogurt so not ideal. we booked the room with the balcony but there was no furniture so we didn’t use it.

Very comfortable accommodations in quiet, convenient neighborhood.

I knew the building was under construction when we booked it, but it was still unsettling walking up to it, HOWEVER, we were pleasantly surprised once we got into the accommodations. It was very comfortable. The rooms and bathrooms are lovely - updated, modern and very comfortable. The rooms were also very quiet. The location was convenient too. It was nice to have access to the kitchen facilities as well.

There are 3 rooms and wasn't sure if someone was in the 3rd room or not. Hoped we weren't too loud getting early morning breakfast in shared space.

Naomi was very helpful in getting into the property. bed comfy, room clean.

I was made aware the property would have scaffolding up but the noise of the building work was so loud and would start early each morning including the Saturday and Sunday. the breakfast options were ok but the toaster didn’t work and there was no milk on my final morning

The design and decor of the place is lovely and well thought through. We LOVED the bedding and the bed. I meant to ask where did they get it from :)

At the time of our stay there was a scaffolding on the building. Every morning at 8/8:20am the drilling and the banging started. Was very unpleasant.

The rooms are very clean, the decor is beautiful and modern and the bed was one of the most comfortable I had ever slept in!

It's a 3rd floor walk-up and the person I was in contact with had a bad English which caused us to miss breakfast there (left around 830 and the breakfast is prepared especially)

Con poco si potrebbe migliorare molto.

La posizione è in una zona tranquilla, vicino al centro città e con molti parcheggi disponibili, quasi tutti a pagamento nei giorni feriali. La camera è risulta abbastanza confortevole.

La colazione mi ha deluso: alle ore 14,00 orario del mio arrivo, c'erano n. 3 brioches e le stesse c'erano al mattina seguente. Ho sperato invano che quelle del mattino fossero fresche... Il riscaldamento della camera è posizionato al massimo, quindi con un caldo eccessivo (ci sono i caloriferi, con tanto di valvole bloccate) e per stare bene ho dovuto aprire la finestra. Durante la notte si sentono rumori di circolazione dell'acqua all'interno dei caloriferi, dovuto alla presenza d'aria (problema tecnico condominiale) e quando si usa lo scarico del water o della doccia, si sente un forte rumore proveniente dal condizionatore il cui scarico condensa è sicuramente collegato allo scarico senza alcun sifone. Quando ci si fà la doccia, si bagna anche il pavimento circostante in quanto vi è un solo vetro separatore ma senza chiusura del vano doccia, inoltre, manca il bidet!!!

Déco très sympa!

Décoration très joli! Dame qui s'est occupé de nous très sympa.

Peut-être que le déjeuner aurait pu être un peu mieux garni (au niveau du pain) mais on a aimé tout de même, surtout les superbe attention comme les tartes qui étaient très sympa! On était un peu perdu pour le tri des poubelles, mais la dame qui nettoyait, nous a bien orienté. Elle était très sympa!
