Very pleasant stay near old town

The accomodation is situated in a quiet, residential area, yet only a 5-minute walk from the charming old town — a perfect balance of tranquility and convenience. The room was spotless, with a clean en suite bathroom and a nice balcony I appreciated the mosquito nets on the windows/balcony doors :) . The shared kitchen is well-equipped with everything you might need for cooking, making coffee or just storing food. Great communication!

The only small improvement would be the addition of a bedside lamp or reading light.

Un po’ di difficoltà per l ‘ accesso alla struttura, combinazione, apri cancello, apri porta . Siamo stati costretti a disturbare la signora, molto gentile sempre a disposizione.

Zona silenziosa, vicina centro storico. Ottima qualità/prezzo

Posizione comoda x raggiungere il centro storico a piedi. Via molto tranquilla con possibilità parcheggio con minima spesa durante ore diurne. Camera/bagno ben puliti e arredati con gusto. Biancheria da letto e bagno di ottima qualità. Comoda possibilità uso cucina condivisa. La gestrice del B&B molto disponibile nel spiegare i vari passaggi x l’accesso in casa ed alla camera. Pienamente soddisfatta e sicuramente ci tornerò nel prossimo soggiorno a Reggio Emilia.

B&B Civico 8 Reggio Emilia

Gestori molto gentili e disponibili. La palazzina è signorile ed il B&B si trova al primo piano, no ascensore purtroppo per chi ha problemi di deambulazione. La posizione è piuttosto centrale, a 200 metri dalla Via Emilia L'appartamento è automatizzato, comodissimo. Il livello di pulizia è ottimo e l'ambiente è confortevole anche per disposizione mobilio. Ci tornerei sicuramente Grazie

Het entreesysteem is digitaal via een app, maar dat werkt niet altijd even goed. Grote fail was wel dat ik bij het uitchecken op de vertrekdag het terrein niet meer kon vergaten via de deur, omdat de app maar werkt tot de uiterlijke vertrektijd. Ook de airco van de buurman op mijn balkon bleef geluid maken gedurende de nacht

Schöne Moderne und sehr saubere Zimmer mit allem was gebraucht wird.

Online-Check-in war nicht angegeben. War etwas kompliziert weil Mail nicht kam, wurde von der Hotline unkompliziert vervollständigt. Das Tor und die Haupttüre muss mit einem speziellen Link geöffnet werden, Haustüre mit einem Code und Zimmerschlüssel ist in einem Save. Alles sehr technisch!

La limpieza. El departamento y la habitación son muy modernos dentro de un palazzo clásico italiano. Muy buen gusto también.
