Barbara is an excellent host. You can count on her to provide you with any information you may need during your visit.

The room and bathroom are spacious and well appointed. It is an attic space with lovely skylights. If you are not prepared to hike up four floors every time you arrive, this is not for you. I thought it was worth the workout.

It would have been nice to have an overstuffed armchair and footstool for relaxing. I find this true for many places I stay.

Absolutely what I was looking for.

Great location within easy reach of the station and on the edge of the town centre. Very warm welcome from Marco and his son. Spotless bathroom, excellent shower. Spacious room, well supplied. I was very happy and comfortable in the room and in Reggio Emilia which is a great town to unwind in.

Booking.com don't mention that the room is up 6 flights of stairs (3 floors) with no lift. The owner did make this clear immediately on booking and it was fine, but some would struggle.

Superb

We spent just one night in Reggio and therefore Sottotetto was perfect. In Marcos place you can definetly stay longer! He was very welcoming and made it possible to bring our bags before check-in. Mille grazie!

清潔で、部屋のデザインも美しく、屋根の窓が開閉したり、空調も管理でき、シャワーもしっかり熱いお湯が出るので、非常に快適でした！朝食も1階ですることができ、カフェの店員さんも優しく、居心地がよかったです！駅からも近く、各ピアッツアや飲食店、スーパーも近いので、あちこち歩いて行きやすかったです！宿主も非常にフレンドリーで、レッジョエミリアアプローチの国際センターの話しにも非常に好感を持ってくれました！お部屋もレッジョエミリアにピッタリなデザインで、アトリエスタの方など、ぜひおすすめいたします！

特にありません。3階でエレベーターがないので、足腰に問題なければ、宿泊には十分だと思います。また、キャリーバッグはできるだけ軽い方がいいと思います。

Monolocale in ottima posizione praticamente in centro,molto ben arredato,molto spazioso e pulito;a dispozione succhi,acqua,tisane; la signora Barbara è gentilissima e disponibile;ottima la colazione con cappuccio e brioche nella pasticceria sotto casa.

In centro, ma con parcheggio vicino

Posizione ottima, al limite della ztl, quindi il parcheggio era vicino. Stanza grande con frigo, acqua e succhi di cortesia bio e bollitore. Tutti i saponi erano bio e carta igienica riciclata. Colazione fatta nella pasticceria sottocasa: tutto buono ma non abbondante.

Migliorerei sicuramente il letto perché il materasso faceva un po' di conca. La doccia era da sistemare e anche il portacartaigienica.

Casa molto pulita, amplia, ben arredata, silenziosa, proprietario gentile, posizione ottima.

L'unica pecca per noi è stata il materasso e il letto. Purtroppo ci è venuto un forte mal di schiena a cui non siamo abituati. Il materasso è molto scomodo, usurato e troppo morbido, il letto cigola e andrebbe cambiato. Se non fosse stato per il materasso e il letto, torneremmo sicuramente.

Era pulita, il letto comodo, lo spazio sufficiente.

Niente di grave, se devo indicare una cosa, un suggerimento: gli asciugamani erano davvero duri e un po’ spiacevoli da usare.

Mi son sentita a casa in questo "sottotetto" letteralmente. Arredato con cura pulito e gli host sono stati gentili a farmi fare check in anticipato.

Per me tutto ok ma magari se uno viene con la valigia salire fino al 3° piano solo con scale può essere un problema. E, altra piccolezza, io sono allergica al lattosio e per la colazione nella bellissima pasticceria di sotto offerta dal B&B non ho potuto mangiare niente. Ma bevuto splendido cappuccino e spremuta.

Camera molto ampia, ristrutturata e arredata con grande cura, dotata di ogni comfort, molto pulita. Ottima posizione.

Attenzione alle scale per salire se si hanno trolley perché l’ultima rampa è un po’ ripida.

Stanza molto bella e accogliente con un tocco artistico, situata in pieno centro storico, dotata di ogni comfort, rispettosa dell’ambiente (utilizza energia pulita, prodotti bio, raccolta differenziata rifiuti) ottima la colazione, gentilissime l’oste.

Posto molto carino e accogliente. Con ogni comodità e comfort. Spazioso e arioso. Posizione centralissima. Colazione inclusa presso il bar-pasticceria sottostante (Boni), dove è possibile scegliere caffè/cappuccino, pasta, spremuta/succo. Grande attenzione all'ambiente: energia solo da fonti rinnovabili, prodotti in omaggio non in confezione monouso, tè e tisane di Altromercato, prodotti da bagno di La Saponaria.

Io e mio figlio abbiamo trascorso lo scorso week end in questa bella struttura . Soggiorno piacevole , la camera è molto confortevole e pulita . Marco è stato molto gentile nell'accoglienza . Consiglio vivamente questa struttura !

Un sitio bonito, confortable y con buena atención

El departamento es muy confortable, tiene todo lo necesario, es cómodo, limpio, amplio, la ducha es GENIAL, me encantó y volvería a alojarme allí. Además atienden muy bien. Lo recomiendo.

Solo observo q' entrar a las 16:30 y salir a las 10:00 del día siguiente es muy poco tiempo. Pero, me permitieron dejar el equipaje y pasar a buscarlo más tarde y entrar un poco antes.

Ottimo B&B in pieno centro, i proprietari sono molto gentili e la stanza è squisitamente arredata. Bella colazione compresa, da gustare nella pasticceria sotto casa. Letto molto comodo e doccia regale!
