Overall, Borgogna 14 offers an extremely comfortable and charming stay, and I’m already looking forward to my next visi

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Borgogna 14 in Reggio Emilia, and I can’t recommend it highly enough. From the moment I stepped in, I was struck by how beautifully furnished and thoughtfully decorated the space is. The eclectic style combines modern touches with tasteful decor, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere. The bed was incredibly comfortable, outfitted with plush pillows and high-quality sheets that made it hard to leave in the morning. The bathroom was sleek and modern, adding to the overall comfort of my stay. What truly set this experience apart, however, was the hospitality of the owner. Their kindness and welcoming demeanor made a huge difference and really enhanced my stay. Location-wise, is perfectly situated, just a pleasant 10-minute walk from the central station and the main historical attractions. I also appreciated the excellent restaurant recommendations provided by the owner, which helped me discover some fantastic local dining options.

Perfect comfortable base camp to explore Reggio Emilia

Excellent location between old town and bus stops to/from Mediopadana station, yet quiet and safe. Kind and helpful host. Super clean. Charming and stylish interior and furniture.

The facility was beautiful, well decorated, comfortable, and located near the center of the city. Greta was extremely helpful with parking, check-in, and restaurant suggestions.

It was initially difficult to find using Google maps.

A gorgeous and comfortable apartment in a very convenient location.

A beautiful apartment, tastefully decorated and comfortable. The kitchen/lounge areas are shared with the second bedroom but it was very quiet.

There wasn’t anything we didn’t like.

Beautiful place in a beautiful town!

Wonderful place, with a very friendly and helpful host. Old interior, beautiful historic style, but renovated on an absolutely modern standard. Location very central between train station and the historic city center. Reggio is not a standard destination but very much worth a visit. We’d come back any time.

Clean, nicely decorated. Poor parking options

The place was nicely decorated and very clean. Our room was small, but we expected that as advertised. Unfortunately the parking available(as advertised) in front of the apartment was unavailable. The host was unable to effectively communicate an acceptable, alternative parking location. The only available spot close to the location we were told by the person who checked us in “your windows may end up smashed”. We drove around on our own and found a metered parking lot. We paid the appropriate meter, but incurred a ticket because we were not local residents.

Appartamento pulito, ordinato e arredato con gusto. Camera silenziosa. Un piccolo consiglio per elevare l’ospitalità all’eccellenza: mettere a disposizione qualche prodotto easy easy per la colazione (un paio di porzioni di biscotti o fette biscottate, 1-2 marmellatine). Ringrazio la sig.ra Greta per avermi dato la possibilità di utilizzare la stanza anche dopo aver corso la maratona. Giudizio complessivo: 9,5

La posizione è ottima a due passi dal centro, molto carino il servizio di "SE TI SEI DIMENTICATO QUALCOSA LO ABBIAMO NOI", la struttura è davvero arredata con gusto.

Splandido appartamento in una zona verde ed elegante

Appartamento splendido, arredato con impeccabile gusto. Il soggiorno è meraviglioso e molto accogliente. La casa si trova in una sorta di città giardino, piena di villette e zone verdi, molto vicina al centro storico. Il proprietario è stato molto cordiale e disponibile.

Nulla da eccepire :) speriamo di tornare presto!

Ottima soluzione per un soggiorno breve a Reggio Emilia

Posizione eccellente, vicina alla stazione e ad un passo dal centro ma in una stradina molto tranquilla. La camera in cui ho soggiornato è non molto grande ma bella e funzionale. Doccia e letto comodissimi. L'appartamento in cui si colloca la camera è dotato anche di cucina che però non ho usato. I proprietari vivono accanto e sono stati gentilissimi in ogni occasione di interazione. Buon rapporto qualità prezzo.

Geschmackvoll wohnen in Reggio

Das Zimmer und der Wohnraum waren sehr ansprechend eingerichtet. Da wir die einzigen Gäste waren, konnten wir den Wohnraum und die Küche ungestört nutzen. Die Gastgeberin war ausgesprochen freundlich. Die Lage war für uns perfekt am Rande der Altstadt, aber auch nahe zum Bahnhof.

Leider war das Kopfkissen sehr hart und hat den Schlaf beeinträchtigt.

Molto bello

Struttura accogliente e ben arredata, gli spazi comuni ordinati e puliti. La stanza era spaziosa e dotata di tutti i comfort. La proprietaria è stata gentilissima. La posizione è perfetta, sia per parcheggiare sia per visitare la città (inoltre è vicino alla stazione, nel caso ci volesse fare un giro nelle città vicine senza prendere l’auto).

Удобное месторасположение - в 5 минутах пешком от центра, но при этом очень тихо и можно спать с открытыми окнами. Качественный ремонт и потрясающий декор. Есть абсолютно все необходимое и даже больше. Очень чисто и комфортно. Разные уровни освещения и удобные розетки делают пребывание очень комфортным. Очень приветливые и милые хозяева. Мы очень довольны! Рекомендуем!!!
