All in all, great!

It was convenient and easy to find. The host was welcoming and very accommodating. Let me choose between two available rooms. I appreciated the elevator as I was 4 flights of stairs up. Older, but kept up well and CLEAN. The only thing missing for me was a writing/desk area with a chair. If you are tall, you might avoid the room shown due to the lower ceilings in the loft and upstairs bathroom.

Charming apartment right in the middle of the city center, the owner was very flexible and helpful, excellent breakfast in the morning according to my wishes. I will be happy to stay there again.

Well located - Great host.

Super helpful and friendly host who went out of his way to make sure we got into a restaurant on Easter when most things were closed. Room was comfy and clean right in the centre of town.

It was a little more expensive than comparable rooms on this trip, but not out of the ballpark .

Nice B&B in the center of Reggio Emilia

The host was very friendly. Although I didn't respond to the question when I'll arrive, which one shouldn't do, and arrived at 11:30 pm, everything was working fine. It was a apartment, where nothing was missing.

The shower was a lillte bit small and the shower door didn't close completely, so there was a small gap. Also there was no butter for breakfast. But these are really small things. Overall it was a very good Bed and Breakfast.

Consigliatissimo!

Stanza spaziosa e pulita, letto comodo. Proprietario super gentile e accogliente. Avvisandolo che sarei arrivata in macchina mi ha tenuto un posto gratuito in strada vicino alla struttura. Nonostante la prenotazione dica “nessun pasto incluso”, viene servita un’abbondante e ottima colazione in camera. Se mai tornassi a Reggio Emilia, riprenoterei sicuramente qui!
