Fabulous Stay
Location can't be better. Luis was fabulous. Always concerned about your comfort. Facility is immaculate. Great bed. Would definately go back.

Beautifully designed space with friendly hosts in a bustling neighbourhood.
Great location, lovely heritage building with stylish decor, excellent bed and bedding, friendly and helpful manager/ hosts with easy communication, the apartment was thoughtfully laid out, and the rooftop terrace is a lovely idea. I was here 6 nights in the end and it felt like home. We also liked the exercise from all the big stairs!
Nothing terrible, just an array of things that may signal needing more people or investment. Shattered glass floor of the terrace meant there were loose boards over it though it's been signed off as safe; the pool wasn't clean (and after cleaning is still a bit murky; maybe birdsh*t?); armchairs were stained; and breakfast was often missing something. Though the design is gorgeous, it could be more practical: an easy fix would be bathroom & bedside lighting you can see by.

Beautiful and comfortable.
Luis is the kindest most welcoming host, nothing is too much trouble, he is so helpful and hospitable. The rooms are decorated tastefully and beautifully, they are spacioius and well equipped.
Just a slightly earlier breakfast...thats all!!

Design hotel in centre of Reggio Emilia
Breakfast was typical Italian, so simple but fine. The hotel is right in the centre with walking distance to the main piazzas. They have a garage in which only 1-2 cars fit. The hotel’s design is amasing. An old townhouse totally refurbished in a contemporary way. We absolutely loved it!

Great stay and convenient to where we visiting!
It was lovely and we were in a fabulous location. The bathroom products were amazing!
Hot breakfast would have been a nice option, our shower flooded however it was quickly rectified, a fan or cooler air con temp would have been a great addition.

Amazing hospitality
The hotel staff was amazing and so welcoming. We traveled as a work group for the teacher conferences in Reggio Emilia and enjoyed our morning walks to the Malaguzzi Center. The breakfast was amazing, and we are all still missing the espresso and cappuccinos.
