Room appears new and was spotless. Instructions for entry were very clear and detailed.

Everything about the Reggio lovely rooms is just perfect. From the great location, to the very comfortable bed, cleanliness, and right through to the adorable dining/ kitchen area. This is a perfect location to stay in whilst in the town. Safe, clean, comfortable: excellent value for money.

Lovely rooms, great host.

Perfect location for exploring the town in a peaceful area. Bus service to the station right on the doorstep. Close to many shops, cafes, restaurants and bars. Clean comfortable rooms, very modern. The kitchen facility was a welcome bonus especially with use of the washing machine and drier. Andre was an excellent host. Only option to choose in Reggio Emilia!

La struttura è in perfette condizioni. L’arredamento è semplice ma tutto completamente nuovo. Pulizia ineccepibile e una zona cucina molto ben fornita (stoviglie, lavatrice, lavastoviglie, frigo e congelatore, fornello ad induzione e macchinetta del caffè con cialde comprese). Sono anche attenti alla raccolta differenziata.

Fantastiskt läge med torget utanför fönstren. Litet rum men superfräscht och snyggt. Hade allt man behöver. Trivdes mycket bra och kan varmt rekommendera.

La stanza era molto piccola. Non c'era l'ascensore è mi hanno rubato del acqua lasciata in frigorifero. Poi lasciare la struttura alle 10 del mattino è decisamente troppo presto

Un brevissimo ma intenso soggiorno

Sono stata a Reggio Emilia per la seconda volta, a distanza di un anno, in occasione del Festival della Fotografia Europea. La volta precedente ero in prossimità della stazione, sicuramente comodo ma non mi sono trovata bene. Questa volta ho scelto una posizione più centrale, dotata di tutti i servizi. La stanza confortevole, pulitissima, con un ampio letto comodo, il bagno con acqua calda e sanitari con rubinetteria nuova e perfettamente funzionante (ho vissuto cose disagevoli altrove). La camera, con vista sulla città, ha doppi vetri che hanno isolato perfettamente i rumori esterni della piazza. Le istruzioni di check ine check out sono state chiare ed esaustive, il team ben organizzato, sempre gentile e disponibile. Lo consiglio vivamente.
