Good for an overnight stay

We stayed at this property for one night and were the only people there. We had a big family room that was spotless and the beds were very comfortable. We had an amazingly efficient conditioning system in the room which was very welcomed and it cooled the room within minutes. Kitchen and bathroom were also clean and have plenty of utensils. The lady who met us at the property was very friendly and made sure we had plenty of towels and understood where everything was.

The location of the property isn’t particularly pleasant and there is no parking at the property. There are parking spaces nearby but you need to download an app and pay for parking during certain periods of the day.

I liked the host, she was very nice and helpful and allowed me to leave my luggage in the room after check-out. It was clean and the house had a little kitchen for those who want to cook.

I did not realise that there is a shared bathroom. This would not have been a problem, if there had not been another guest who was interested in the fact that I was travelling alone. The location near the station did not feel safe either. I chose it because I was travelling by train, but I did not realise how many immigrants are there in some Italian towns. I guess this would not have been a problem, if I travelled with a partner.

Alloggio sicuramente confortevole, personale gentile.. purtroppo la zona non il massimo

Cucina incredilmente completa (forse leggermente da migliorare la sua pulizia, ma il livello resta comunque alto) con forno, microonde, 4 fuochi, frigorifero, tostapane ecc. C’è la lavatrice e lo stendino sul terrazzo, stanze grandi, aria condizionata all’interno, un buon bagno (ma portatevi il sapone per le mani), c’è l’ascensore anche se non è necessario per alloggiare lì. Nel complesso sono soddisfatto, il wifi è abbastanza buono. Al centro centro centro saranno forse 15 minuti a piedi, a volte si perde più tempo per i semafori che per camminare realmente. Personale super cordiale.

La zona è assolutamente il punto negativo della situazione. Prima di arrivare lì in casa, durante il tragitto ho assistito a due scene assolutamente surreali, di violenza tra persone chiaramente in stato di difficoltà. Il resto dei giorni a seguire tranquillo, seppur il clima di insicurezza rimane palpabile (letteralmente di fronte casa un uomo ubriaco dormiva per terra, un altro chissà che diavolo stava preparando). Ho evitato onestamente di uscire la sera. Però siamo nei dintorni di una stazione, accade letteralmente in ogni città del mondo quasi. O magari sono solo io in una settimana sfortunata, ma dubito.

Niet nakomen afspraken

Wij zijn daags voor aankomst verplaatst naar een andere lokatie van Guest House omdat er problemen waren met de lokatie die we eerder hadden geboekt. Deze nieuwe lokatie is gelegen midden in het centrum en er was geen bewaakte parkeerplaats wat ons eerder wel is toegezegd. Met twee dure e-bikes op de fietsendrager was dit voor ons een vereiste. Daarom hebben we daar niet overnacht. Ik voel me dan ook erg bedrogen door Guest House Vecchi en wil ook niks meer met deze organisatie te maken hebben. Het geld wat ik in maart al heb betaald voor de overnachting mogen ze ook houden zo erg voel ik me bedrogen!
