Nice and friendly staff. Room and bathroom space was very good. Washing machine available. Easy communication and easy checkin and checkout.
The shared kitchen needs deep cleaning and better equipment to serve for the amount of guests. A lot of dust under the bed. The bed also was good enough maybe for a short stay, but not very confortable.

Zona molto bella, Ambiente pulito e Molta gentilezza.
Ambiente molto pulito e in ordine. I signori Olivetti sono molto gentili, precisi e simpatici! Ho apprezzato anche la scatola di benvenuto che ho trovato sulla scrivania con una merendina e qualche snack. Ho apprezzato molto anche la posizione (molto comoda rispetto alla mia area di interesse).

Struttura ben organizzata, camera spaziosa e accessoriata. Aria condizionata e wifi funzionanti.
Il letto era scomodo. Dal bagno arrivava puzza e uno degli asciugamani era macchiato. Nonostante il nome faccia intendere diversamente, non si tratta di un B&B perche' non offre colazione. La box di benvenuto era solo per un giorno (siamo stati tre notti) e non abbiamo trovato l'acqua.

Nonostante la struttura fosse segnalata come un luogo in cui accettavano gli animali, mi è stato chiesto di non lasciare il cane da solo in stanza e di portarlo in giro con me. Eravamo appena arrivate.
