Not relaxing at all.

I was there to film a video on Reggiana so for me it was great, next to the stadium.

First of all the washing machine although listed, it’s not allowed to be used by us. Secondly the facilities are shared so everything depends on the tenants. At one point the cleaning lady complained about money loss and this made my stay even more on edge as I started worrying about my stuff. I think the owner resolved the situation with the other tenants, but still..

It's like being at home, a colorful and cozy home. The place is clean, the owner welcoming. Not far from the station, quiet and safe place. Easy self check-in. Breakfast like if you are in your place. Desk in the room. Comfortable bed and pillow. Good value for the price.

In my case the check-in wasn't completely smooth, but only out of bad luck I think.

L'appartamento è bellissimo, caldo e accogliente. Non appena si entra, si sente il profumo di casa. Si capisce subito che è stato trattato con amore. Vera e una persona splendida e disponibile, che non lascia nulla al caso e si sa prendere cura dei propri ospiti.

Todo bien, pero poca seguridad y privacidad

Ubicación cerca de la estación de tren y restorantes (sin perjuicio de que está lejos del centro)ideal para una noche. A pesar de que en la casa habían muchas cosas, la habitación y el baño compartido estaba impecable.

Mi habitación no tenía llave, no estaba en la habitación cuando llegué. Encontré una llave en la habitación, pero tampoco servía. Después de un mensaje sin contestar, me encontré con la dueña de casa en el pasillo y ella me dio la llave, parece que había olvidado dejarla en la habitación. Lamentablemente los problemas con la llave no terminaron ahí, la puerta no se podía cerrar por dentro, solo por fuera. La solución que me dieron fue poner una silla contra la puerta y fue lo que hice. Por suerte la otra huésped era también una mujer, pero si se hubiese estado alojando un hombre, me hubiese sentido muy incomoda durmiendo sin poder cerrar la puerta. A pesar de que pude dormir bien, debo confesar que saber que se podía cerrar la puerta desde afuera y que desde adentro no podría abrirla fue algo angustiante. Otro punto importante es que la puerta tenía un gran vidrio, de modo que se podía ver hacia adentro desde el pasillo y la cortina que había no cubría la totalidad del cristal. Por suerte la habitación era grande y la cama estaba lejos de la puerta.
