Satisfied with the room size, bedding, washroom and overall cleanliness
Staff at reception desk can be improved by having more than one person as when customer is waiting especially late in the evening, person at the reception desk prioritising answering the phone calls and let the customer waiting for long time.

Friendly staff.
Dirty overall.
Weird splashes on the blankets, weird splashing on the wall, sticky floor, broken blinds and extremely slippery tiny shower and a broken shower heads. Half the light bulbs not working either.
