Very nice and lovely hotel

Very lovely hotel,we are a family of 4,2 adults and 2 children, 17 and 15 and we all love it.Nice location,vlise to Aquatico, I Petali Mall and many other places. Very good breakfast, nice pool to enjoy the days.We've extended our stay here .

Everything is ok ,very good value for money. Is not a 5 stars hotel,so we are more than happy that everything is according to the paid price.We absolutely recommend it.

Excellent stay in Regio Emilia

We love the location of this hotel. The staff is super friendly, the rooms nice and comfy and there is a pool as a plus. Breakfast was very god also. Highly recommended.

Beautiful Staff but...

The staff was incredibly kind and attentive. The room was always very clean and the refrigerator was nice to have.

The air conditioner only worked for the last 2 days I was there. The parking was never enough because they have municipal trucks that park there at night. The shower was broken and the toilet had to be flushed a minimum of twice each use.

Did not have breakfast, location not too far from the station, should have provided a bit more information of what was worth visiting

It’s near the RCF arena so it’s convenient for me. The staff were nice.

The hostel room had only one key with no locker. They keep the key and the room is always open. No locker to store your bag. Poor choice for breakfast. Light in the room in the morning. Plug wasn’t working. Shared showers with EVERYONE. Two toilets for four rooms of four people.

Bed very clean. Evening meal adequate

Room sparse and in need of good clean. Did not use shower due to condition n cleanliness. Bidet plug missing. Whole room apart from pristine bed was shabby and dusty.

Its close to Arena Campovolo

Guys, honestly, this hotel is awful. It felt like a hostel. Ants on the floor in the room. I was embarrassed to enter the bathroom because the shower did not work. It was disgusting. No airconditioning in the rooms The breakfast was simply rotten. I was shocked that I had to pay for the crap they gave you. You couldn't even toast your bread as the toaster didn't work. The food variety was so limited it was ridiculous.

Close to the airport, good location for my needs. Parking available

Personnel was giving the impression to kill time and not happy to help. The rooms definitely need a renovation, the menu for lunch had only 2 simple choices per course and were pretty basic. Could be also better cleaned.

Hotel neglected and dirty

The hotel is neglected and it's a 3 stars hotel but doesn't even deserve to be 1 star. The first time, we stayed in a room on the first floor and it was not bad even though it wasn't very clean, the second time they suggested a different room, but the room looked like it had not been cleaned for a long time, there was dust and hairs on the floor, there were spider webs in the corners and behind the beds, the sink in the bathroom was clogged, there was no window and the fan was broken, the taps were also faulty. The AC was old and too loud and we could not sleep at night. There were many things wrong with the hotel, I cannot list them all but I also took pictures.

Tranquillo e senza grosse problematiche

La colazione non era super abbondante, ma quello che c'era era buono sinceramente. La stanza era gigantesca per una persona e anche il bagno aveva dei buoni spazi!

è un hotel che effettivamente è figlio del suo tempo, vecchiotto nello stile e negli arredi, che però sono funzionali. Comunque seppur vecchio e non bellissimo, fa il suo dovere!

Colazione più che buona, camera spaziosa e letti comodissimi. Posizione dell'hotel alle porte della città, raggiungibile con meno di 10 minuti di auto. Posti auto coperti e non.

Un po' più di illuminazione in tutta la struttura non guasterebbe. Specialmente nella sala colazione.
