gym AC was bot working during our stay, but everything else was great. We had 3 Classic Studios at 4th floor and they were clean and quiet. We loved staying there.

Loved the free breakfast, hassle-free (and free) parking, and the amazing staff. I also really liked our room overall. My only con was that the gym felt extremely hot—I’m guessing the AC wasn’t working. There were fans, but it was still uncomfortable. As for the room, the water pressure wasn’t the best, and I wish housekeeping came daily instead of every three days. We had a pull-out couch that seemed to have been used previously, so the sheets hadn’t been changed. I’m assuming housekeeping missed it. Thankfully, the front desk staff quickly brought us fresh linens, which I really appreciated. Other than that, I’d definitely stay again!

We had a wonderful experience! The Hotel was clean, quiet and perfect location. The entire team was so nice and helpful, from our associate at check in (Carol), to the team helping at breakfast as well as the cleaning room attendants, ALL associates were consistent with their outstanding service. Our room was also spacious and sparkling clean. We will definitely stay here again when in town!

The hotel was beautiful and the room was so comfortable. We were beyond pleased when we checked in and got settled into our room until the first night, my daughter was laying in bed and a German cockroach climbed up onto her arm. She was mortified and couldn’t stop searching her bed for more!! I shrugged it off like maybe it was a one time fluke. The next morning we were sitting against the wall on the bench dining table when another German cockroach climbed up my husband’s leg. We were very disturbed at this point. We went back to our room and finished our stay until packing up today, my daughter yells there’s a roach on the wall. My husband killed it and we finished packing. My husband went to pick up his backpack to walk out the door and there was another German cockroach climbing up his backpack. We are horrified and extremely disappointed. My husband told the front desk clerk who said that she would make her manager aware and that they’d be contacting an exterminator. Shouldn’t that be a frequent reoccurring thing if you serve food and have rooms with full size kitchens in them. Now I am TERRIFIED that we will be bringing home roaches with us to our home!!
