Friendly workers. Great location and comfy

The surface was clean. But the toilet under the rim looked like it had not been cleaned for awhile. The blackout curtains were grungy stained with food and whatever previous tenants had on their hands.

Hidden Hide Out

The location was good away from the traffic at the outlet malls and secluded in an almost private location. Couldn't ask for anything better. The room was excellent, spacious and very nice, with high ceilings, real clean. I enjoyed the USB ports to charge my phone they are placed in excellent locations.

Well it has everything I needed but maybe an upgrade on the outlets could make a difference. But other than that, it's a good place.

It was quiet and peaceful AC worked 100% we will book here again

We got a handicap room which isn’t a big deal until we showered and all the water was all over the restroom floor. The front staff was so helpful and gave us more towels. Which was completely fine… we really did enjoy our stay

There was no breakfast to our surprise.

From our arrival night there was only parking in the back of hotel under the trees where there were 100's of birds or bats elevators were out of order which we had to carry our luggage to the 4th floor but on the 2nd flights of stairs I fell forward which till this day I'm hurting & waiting for a response from booking.com to refund us our money the room was very dirty sheets & all. I have pics to prove my stay.

Very disappointed.

Our reservation was given to someone else and no one called us about the “mistake”. We only found out when we showed up. We were fortunate to find one of the last rooms in San Marcos at a very lower end motel. We had to stay in town due to moving our daughter into college. I think we should have been comped a night for a future stay.

Great Hotel! Great Staff!

The room was a great size. I'm not sure where the air freshener was, but the room smelled good every time we walked in. The bathroom was big and the lighting was excellent. The beds were comfortable and the pillows were comfy. The staff was really nice.

They only had 1 elevator so you had to wait at times to get to your room, but that is my only complaint.

Sweat all night long, the a/c cuts off unless you move !

There was no breakfast at this location, even though when I booked it thru booking.com, they said there was a breakfast!

When I booked my room at booking.com I asked for a room with a king size bed, just to be told when i checked in I was given a queen, and could not be upgraded to a king because booking.com said I wanted a queen, I learned a lesson not to book thru booking.com

our room was like of it had just quickly cleaned smelled of cooked food dirty pots on stove that’s were not washed right beds were uncomfortable there was men’s shaven hair all in the bathroom dirty cup in bathroom floor was utterly sticky and dirty even when housekeeping exchanged towels sat monrning they did not bother to clean floor which was complained about that morning, not to mention we checked in at 2 am tired, with 2 kids and the shower was cold no hot water

people in the room above me were romping around at 6 am until 7:30 am when I was trying to sleep. Sound proofing was not good between floors.

The carpet was wet in one corner of the room and got our stuff wet. I thought maybe they had cleaned it at first. But it was wet for the whole time we were there.

We enjoyed our stay there very much and the all the staff we encountered were very polite.

Bed was comfortable. Lots of table space. My daughter and I worked a 500 piece puzzle. :-) Stayed there because it had a kitchen and we didn't want to eat out.

We didn't watch TV but if we would have I would have been disappointed because the TV was pretty small.
