Great place, dishonest staff.

The checking process is very simple. You can do so from your phone. Check in is really easy. It's in a very convenient location near the malls if you're looking to do some shopping.

The key cards are really difficult to use. It's a hit or mess trying to get into your room. We also left some things behind and called later that day when we discovered that they were missing, and our items were never recovered. They never got backed with us or I made contact. And some very expensive items went missing.

The evening we arrived the smell of the deodorizer was overwhelming in the faculty. They front desk said there was nothing they could do about it.Filled out online our departure time for 11am and then was awaken at 9:30 with HOUSE KEEPING! Ugh we just got up showered and left. Tired telling the front desk but was informed by the gentleman that he read my review that our receipt would be sent by Booking.com. He was quite curt.

Location, room was huge, nice and very clean. Staff at check in was super friendly and helpful. Would for sure book here again.

Disappointed

The convenience and location.

When someone spilled something like syrup they just put cones up and then clean it up. Sarah was spilled all in front of the elevators and some in the elevators and it was hard to get on and off the elevators without sliding or getting in a mess. But I noticed spills everywhere with cones just sitting in front of them and they're for many hours. Very disappointed in the breakfast too and the beds are hard.

I didn’t like the way a concern that I had was not addressed and was given multiple answers about when the manager was available to speak to me. The manager did not provide good customer service or try to explain demonstrating understanding to the stressful situation about an error on his staff.

Front desk gal was friendly and efficient. Room and hotel- inside and out- was very clean.

Location was great- safe, well lit, clean. We didn't have breakfast so I can't comment on that, but the breakfast lounge was full of happy people when I passed by in the morning. The front desk gal (same gal at check-in and check-out) was exceptional! She was very friendly and efficient.

Upon check in I requested late check out, I’m guess the front desk attendant didn’t know how to add that to my stay so she just told me to call the morning that I’m checking out to request late check out. So I did and they told me they couldn’t do it because they were all booked even tho I requested it upon checking in .

Great hotel to stay at! Highly recommend

The location is so close to the shopping outlets. Perfect to go shop and head back to hotel to relax. It’s literally located walking distance to the outlets! It smelled clean when we walked in. Another thing I really liked was the Dove products they have for their guests!!! We love dove! We will be staying again in the future.

I don’t have much complaints honestly. One thing I can recommend is refilling their lotion bottle. Ours was pretty empty ..

That it wasn’t near the interstate. Check in was quick and easy, staff were helpful and friendly. Room was clean, bed and pillows were comfortable.
