Room was clean, staff was friendly. Zero hot water the day we were supposed to checkout - finally got warm when we were walking out the door to leave. Breakfast was subpar - no healthy options besides yoplait yogurt, no granola or fruit. Eggs were runny wet/soupy mixed with some type of meat. Would have preferred regular scrambled eggs by themselves.

I had to swap rooms as the the bath tub was continually dripping and full of standing water. Second room, curtain was broken and wouldn’t close, sink faucet was only able to give a small drip of water, and the tv was completely blue and ruined. But the shower worked and I didn’t want to repack and move another time so I stayed. But I won’t be back, the staff was helpful but there was no manager and wouldn’t be until this past weekend. I left my contact information and never heard from a manager. Pretty bad maintenance for the nice looking facility and pretty disappointing that management never responded to me.

The staff was great. The room was clean me very spacious and updated. The hallway carpet needed cleaning lots of stains on the first floor. The breakfast was good not a lot of meat options but a lot of options. The lobby and the entire hotel is very nice. the staff was great, but the pool area only had two chairs because they said they were waiting to get more becausethe others were broken and have been ordered. And the bottom of the pool had been cleaned up the debris, but the pool was actually clear and clean, and you can see the water but being that it is an outside pool. the others were broken and have been ordered. The hotel was clean and the desk person was friendly, however, there were no bath towels in the room upon check in. We could have requested some but we were on a time crunch and figured we’d get them later. The hot water in the bathroom sink didn’t even get warm let alone hot. We left around 4:30am. No one was at the desk to assist me with checking out. I left a post it note with my room number and key card. We won’t be staying there again.

Overall it was a decent place to stay but I feel it was overpriced. The furniture and appliances could use some updating. My son had to sleep on the sofa bed in the other room and the refrigerator was making loud noises throughout the night making it hard for him to sleep.

The room was very nice but some kind of way the property changed my reservation and I had to find another room so disappointing. The room we were in the tv didn’t work it was very uncomfortable for 4 kids would not be booking through HOTELS again

I was extremely disappointed that housekeeping never came to my room during my entire stay. Also, I am no stranger to budget hotel breakfast and am generally happy with whatever is provided, but I can only describe most of what was provided as a hot breakfast as slop. And the non-hot options were abysmal.

Planned on staying from 05.03.25 to 05.05.25 - couldn’t make the trip out due to one of my pets having to go to the urgent care due to an unplanned illness. Asked about a refund and per Hotels.com email they stated the contacted the hotel and they are not willing to issue a refund. Disappointed at the actions taken. Will definitely abstain and this will be the last choice taken for hotel stays on other upcoming trips from here on out.
