The room seemed clean, but the a/c / heater had a musty "pee" smell. The beds were super uncomfortable, like sleeping on a concrete slab. The shower/bathtub and bathroom was very clean. Overall, I wouldn't stay here again, but if you are on a budget and you like a firm bed, its fine.

The staff was very nice and helpful. Unfortunately, the room was set more for handicap people. The sink counter area was very small that I couldn’t place all my amenities . The portable closet was very old and the bottom portion had begun to fall. Not happy with the room.

Rented 2 rooms, our sons in the other room spotted bed bugs around 1a.m. They were granted another room but had to wash all of their clothes at 2a.m. Floor needs to be checked thoroughly.

I trip was good over all. Room 313 could use some updates since there are water stains and damage at the base of where the frig is. Water stains and damage to shower ceiling and window shades are starting to fall apart. Front desk staff was really nice and helpful with a car issue that I had, but I was happy to go home.

The staff and environment at Wingate were wonderful. I visited my son attending college and this hotel was close to his apartment. I had an easy time navigating to and from this location. There was plenty of parking. I would stay here again!

Encountered a flying cockroach. Couldn’t believe it bc I’ve stayed many times here and never experienced one. Next, the first night was a very hot one. Air conditioning was not working properly. However I did notify front desk and they had it fixed within the time frame I requested.

I really like the hotel. This is my third time staying there, but this time we found a small cockroach. Another thing I don't like is that they only provide a tiny soap. When there are three of us staying in the room, they should have at least two small soaps. But I like everything else!

The reservation was for 4 adults, we only had 2 towels, 2 wash cloths, 2 hand towels, had to ask for more. There was black mold on the ceiling, bath room floor was dirty. Had to ask for blankets. Other than that the place was very quiet to have had no vacancies.

Accommodation!!! Second time booking here & Ive gotten the best customer service. Check in is at 4 pm but my reservation has allowed me to check in earlier. I mean that’s convenient.
