Absolutely nothing

It was old, smelly and dirty. Stained old carpets. The air didn’t work. It was the only hotel in the area available. And I can see why.

I will NEVER stay here again. And I recommend that no body else does.

Everything. Literally everything was horrible. And on top of the disgusting rooms and facilities, the customer service was a direct reflection of the state of this hotel. Before ever arriving, I was accused of being a RACIST because I very politely asked if they offered a military or senior citizen discount. And to top everything off, our mini fridge and microwave went out at some point during the day today while we were gone, and the dirty carpet around it is soaking wet. So our food was spoiled.

Well when I got there, the clerk said that I did not have a reservation! And I forgot my conformation number at home and had no way of showing him. Then I asked him if he had rooms available and he said yes, and I replied well get me a room. It was more than was quoted on the Booking.com site, but at least I still had a place to stay...

They tried to charge me $10 a day for my daughter but when i reserved the room i already had a set price. Also didnt like that house keeping went inside my room to clean when we werent there. Free internet is advertised but its not free they have the quest internet locked with a password.

The room was one of the nastiest by far. I've never seen anything like that. We had to leave and find somewhere better, more clean. Didn't feel safe even walking into The room.!! So we got a better room somewhere else. The next day we noticed these little bugs on the backseat of my car.! Had to have come from the white rock inn. We set our bags there when we left.! I'm going to make it my personal mission to tell everyone about my experience. White rock inn should be closed down until they can clean the place up. And have it inspected by a 3rd party.

It sucked.! Nasty.!! I felt nasty just walking into the room.!! I want a full rembursement of the money from my account.!!!!!!

the room was not clean on arrival. dead bugs, stains on walls, and a dirty floor. the bed was so gross that I went to the nearest Walmart and got an air mattress, comforter, and pillow to avoid sleeping on the mattress. the towels the guest were suppose to use were thin “pool” towels. the lights outside the door stayed on all night which attracted many many bugs.

This room needs a major upgrade! The toilet runs a while after you flush it. The bed blankets are worn completely out you will freeze and feel dirty lying in it. The floor is sinking in and the carpet is disgusting! The pillow are flat as hell! I damn near slept on top of my husband and didn't want to touch anything. Book your room in advance at another place DO NOT STAY HERE YOU WILL REGRET IT! WORST SLEEP EVER! WORST STAY OF ALL TIME AND IVE STAY IN PLACE THAT WAS OLDER BUT MAINTAINED!
