No breakfast, but the location is really close to Rio Vista Falls park. Closer than any other hotel in San Marcos. Walking distance 5 minutes. That makes this place special and with a ton of potential. Very nice people at the desk. Best value in town, no insects.
A little paint here and there, but the value covers everything. Plus they’re friendly folks.

It was close to work had a smoking room easy excess to where I needed to go and quiet. The gentleman that checked me in was very friendly

I like the pool it was pretty clean. The rooms are pretty basic. That was a couple of little things that were a little dirty, but not too bad.

The location is great room was clean shower worked properly it was roomy
They tried to charge me $10 a day for my daughter but when i reserved the room i already had a set price. Also didnt like that house keeping went inside my room to clean when we werent there. Free internet is advertised but its not free they have the quest internet locked with a password.
