I’ve stayed here in the past and it was really a pleasant day. This time was different. It was not pleasant.

The bed was comfortable. The room was clean . The location was good.

The staff wasn’t that helpful. The man that was on duty was condescending. The shower curtain didn’t work and they had a piece of plastic tied around the shower rod to hold the curtain in place which didn’t work . The bathroom door wouldn’t shut . The door to the room was hard to close. It wasn’t working properly, and when it was brought to the staff’s attention, they didn’t seem to care.

Friendly staff and clean rooms.

The front desk clerk was so nice! Room was clean and smelled good, ac worked well, water pressure was just right.

There were hairs on the clean towels that I didn’t notice until I was drying off and I had random hair on me :(

Clean and comfortable room

Breakfast was minimal but sufficient. Good coffee! Room, and entire facility was very clean. Friendly staff. Fair price. We travel with a small, well behaved, crate trained dog but find that most hotels still charge an unreasonably high pet fee. We truly appreciate the no pet fee here !! We will stay here again on our next visit.

Horrible! Everything! Do not stay here!

Smelled, full of mold, bed very uncomfortable, no handle in shower. Requested handicap room got email from property stating they'd try to honor my request. Got ther and was rudely told they had no glhandicapped rooms and no elevator. Moved to Wyndam even though I prepaid. Yes I lost money but the Wynadam was AMAZING!!

Very Nice & Affordable Stay

I liked how cozy the room was. It smelled clean without a harsh chemical smell. I loved the view out of our window with trees not the highway so it was pretty quiet considering. The staff was very friendly - front desk and housekeeping.

The floor made the soles of my bare feet dark brown.

Wouldn’t stay again!

This places sucked, the pool was closed, the breakfast is CRAP (not even juice or water offered) the beds are uncomfortable and just plane BASIC. The staff was just ok… some friendly some NOT. Surrounding area is very ugly, right next to freeway so it’s loud all the time. Would not recommend this place, you can find better!

The place lacked attention to some comfort conditions. There was no tissue, and it was noisy. There was also an unpleasant scent in the room. The bathroom had no ventilation.

Not as Expected.

Not concerned for guest. Breakfast had about 7 slices of bread for toast. Had to ring bell to get coffee. Same for milk to use as creamer and to use in cereal. 4 chocolate chip muffins ,cereal,and waffles rounded out Breakfast fare. Television was on to a non English channel for Jai lai?? Sure would like to see news and weather since we were traveling. Not a good stay. No more Red Roof.

Advertise continental breakfast. Only had coffee to drink. Asked for water or juice was told they didn't have any. Not a coffee drinker. Only cereal and muffins for breakfast. Paid $110 plus tax. Approx $120. Red roof advertised on fb $58. Not sure why we paid so much Sketchy location. Would not have stayed without my husband there
