There was cockroaches everywhere !! It smelled bad when we walked in. Kids were running around everywhere and they were filthy. There was food thrown on the ground in several places. The housekeepers were dressed in booty shorts and tank tops and the service was bad. I’m still waiting for my refund. We didn’t even stay the night and I still can’t get my money back !!!

Watch Out for Roaches!

The front desk worker was very nice, I wish I could remember his name because he deserve credit for handling a bad situation.

The room had active and dead roaches. I was moved to a different room. The second room also had active and dead roaches. I just sucked it up and stayed but did not sleep much.

Stinky rooms

Good location.

Rooms were labeled non smoking, but when I walked into the hall, the entire hallway smelled like weed and cigarettes. We stayed for 3 nights and everyday the house keeping aired out vacant rooms and the smell just blew all over the hall way and into our room. Also, we payed for a Kitchenette, expecting to have basic amenity’s, we had a fridge, coffee machine, and microwave. But no plates, utensils, or even coffee filters. I asked front desk and they said people Steele all the stuff so they don’t stick any of it in the rooms. I guess I got what I payed for.

Hallway dirty, broken shower rod, no soap or shampoo, broken TV remote, no cable, no USB ports, half the lights are broken, dirty or stained shower, filthy upper kitchenette cabinets, one of the lamps is falling off the wall, people hair left around the room, bathroom smells like mold and found roaches in room.

Blood stain on the sheet , hair dryer not working, so many roaches, stinky room, dirty , no extra towels People had so many dogs, hallways smelled like dog, sweat, such awful smell. Dirty toilet, microwave This place needs maintenance asap, exterminator, remove out the 1940’s carpet. Shady people stayed here . I don’t recommend staying here

The location of the hotel is great and the staff is friendly.

The rooms were dirty, they have a roach infestation that they need to take care of. The shower is run down and the towels feel like sand paper. The kitchen was falling apart.

The room was infested with cockroaches. The smell was horrible in the room. There was powder all over the floors which I imagine was insecticide. We did not end up staying the night there, we contacted the front desk to inform them and we were told we would get a refund but have not gotten our refund. Now the property is not responding, answering our calls or anything.

Close to some student housing

The staff was wonderful! The place was clean, but needed a few small repairs. (We did not complain).

The exterior reeked of marijuana. (Again, we did not complain, nothing can be done about the students around there.) The room above us had a small child that woke up early and sounded like he/she was bowling. (No, we did not complain......what could they do??) The rooms need to be insulated or sound proofed.

Overpriced

Surprisingly, the bed was clean and comfortable.

We paid in advance for 1 king room and 1 double and the double was given to another couple with our last name and we got 2 king rooms for our family of 5 with no apology or attempt to make it right. The halls smelled of cigarette smoke and weed even though it was a supposed to be a smoke-free facility. There was a roach in one of our rooms, the bathroom door was broken at the latch, like someone had tried to use a crowbar to open it. The carpet in the hallways was so gross. One of our room floors was clean, but the other was sticky in some spots and greasy in others. There is nothing extra about this hotel, it was just an overpriced. No shampoo, no conditioner, no breakfast. My kids used the employee restroom and there was no working sink for them to wash their hands. If this was the last hotel left in town, maybe stop bc the bed was comfy.

We did not like the property at all … We walked in the hallway had a undesirable smell and the bathroom in our room was not clean to our standards . It just was not clean . We walked out and booked rooms at different hotel . This is the first time we have walked out and refused to stay in a hotel that we have pre-booked . It was a costly $200.00+ mistake … I have been using booking.com for years and never had a problem before . This hotel was rated an 8.0 . There is no way it should have this rating … I based my reservation on that rating, big mistake on my part . Maybe I should try a different app for booking hotels .

The towels and bedsheets were dirty. There was hair all over the towels, and bedsheets. The refrigerator hasn’t been cleaned and the hallways were filthy. The staff was dressed like they just got out of bed.
