Poor experience at Super 8

.

I had anpoor experience during my stay here. Aside from the owner's wife who made real effort to be friendly, everybody else was literally careless. In the website it says breakfast is provided, but actually what you get barely feeds a baby. It is disgusting. You can get better elsewhere than what this location offers

Very dirty place I have always noticed that when you ask for service through the app they always want to give you the worst of the worst I don’t understand how they can have in service a room in those conditions a damp honor throughout the room the sheets with a bad smell the over covers stank I think it’s a health risk I asked them to change my room and he told me it was too late to wait until tomorrow

It’s a $70 hotel room. Don’t expect too much. Watch your bank account after stay.

The price was good for the location.

After checking out, they charged additional fee of $10 for a “dirty towel”. The towel was used to dry myself after showering and then left on the floor. If the towel was “dirty”, they should clean their floors better. They reluctantly refunded the money when I called and complained.

No hot breakfast, only pastries and cereal

Rude manager, dirty rooms and parking lot. Very run down. Had to switch rooms as the first rooms fridge’s door wouldn’t close and it was pooling water. The manager scolded me because I used the bathroom in the room swiping. Second room was in working condition but was filthy.

I didn't appreciate that I got bitten by Bed Bugs while I slept and there was roaches every where in the room and for breakfast they only give you orange juice with a small muffin. I don't recommend this place nor will I stay there again.

A clean coffee maker, room attendant missed checking/cleaning the coffee maker because it had dried up coffee/mold. If it was moldy nobody has checked this maker for quite a while. Breakfast should be more than a muffin coffee and juice. This wasn’t even continental breakfast, this was con……….

Good food nearby, but honestly that was the only bonus.. Hawaiian bros is amazing, so is in n out.. also the guy at the front desk was really nice and helpful in assisting us, and they have good Wi-Fi… For what I paid, I wish I would’ve stayed at the la quinta instead :( even though it’s a cheap super 8, it’s still not worth the price.. I will say that I booked an extra night because I had already moved a ton of stuff in and it would’ve been too difficult to switch hotels (so it is a bearable place to stay ig if you don’t have much of an option)

Front of the hotel was very noisy, (thank god we stayed in the back or I would’ve been checking my car out of the window all night) I started counting how many bugs I saw each day but lost track.. Also despite having a “do not disturb” sign on the door the housekeepers came in and grab our towels etc (without replacing them) anyway.. the man at the front was nice though and we stayed another night, even though there were DEFINITELY better options nearby for the same price.. cigarette holes in the sheets, hair and nastiness in the shower.. also the pool is gross, and it smells like garbage in the back of the hotel.. also I just remembered bc I took a picture that the door looked like it had been kicked in, or it had been pulled of the hinges before ..
