It was a below average stay and experience for the price of $180

The hotel is in good location, but lots of noise with it being right off the freeway.

The property was small, it stunk like must and mold when we first walked in. We found 3 different cockroaches in our bathroom, disgusting! You can hear a fair amount of noise from the hall and other rooms nearby. The included breakfast had slim options and the eggs and ham taste like a hole container of salt was thrown in when making them.

The breakfast was great! My students had plenty of options to choose from. Loved the chocolate chips for the waffles. The place was clean and the staff was super helpful! The business center's printer was giving me a hard time so I asked the front desk if they could print it for me. The front desk helped me out and printed the paperwork that I needed.

The business center's computer was slow and the printer didn't work. It's an older computer and needs an update to a newer build. Technology is a hard thing to get right. I did end up getting help from the staff to print the papers I needed so this was only a small issue that didn't affect my stay.

Would not stay here due to false advertising on a heated pool and room towel demands.

Breakfast was continental style with hot eggs, meat and potatoes daily. Fruego’s next door was the perfect place for homemade tacos for every meal during our week long stay as well, and was recommended by the front desk receptionist, THANK YOU

When booking my stay, the website stated the pool was heated is why I chose to stay at this location, but upon arrival was told that it was not heated,… VERY DISAPPOINTING for me due to my disabilities and hypersensitivity to cold period. I would NOT have booked this motel for a week at almost $900 knowing this and was VERY tempted to change hotels because of it. The ONLY reason I did NOT change motels was because of the weather that rolled in during my stay that prevented me from using the pool because of how cold the outside temperature dropped as well. The rooms definitely could use a good scrub down and we were also informed not to use room towels for makeup or anything that could possibly stain them or we would be charged replacement fees for them as well upon checkout. Never encountered that issue before and I’ve stayed in many motels for work and vacationing, WOW

Nothing really…

That the room smelled like cigarette smoke, the facility has no elevator. Reception personnel was rude, when checking in. The A/c didn’t properly cool room, it felt very stuffy, muggy inside room.

Horrible hotel, needs a lot of work

Nothing!

The air condition was full of black mold, the sitting chair was peeling badly, there was hair in the bed linens and bathroom floor, the room smelled, the bedding blanket was thin and cheap, it was just horrible. They lost power for 3 hours, it was just horrible! I had to argue about the conditions before they'd let me leave for another hotel. Embassy Suites was way better for only $15/ night more....waaaaayyy better!
