The front desk attendant was pushy and overbearing, kicked us out because we lit an incense that smelled like plastic and it set off the smoke alarm. Told us we wouldn’t receive a refund. I didn’t know how to react to that so I left.

Was surprised how clean and maintained this place was! The other half of our family stayed next door at the Best Western and paid 2x what we paid. Our room was nicer, cooler, and the property seemed to be updated more recently!

One night and I wouldn’t stay there again Clean .. the air condition was great… and that’s it 1. The beds: like pull out sofa, with metal base, uncomfortable 2. I have to ask for towels cause they only leave 2 for 4 persons, and they were terrible body towels: smaller (smaller than a baby towel) and thinner 3. The curtains were scratched at the bottom, older .. awful 4. Bathroom: smaller, no more amenities than a tiny soap and one used toilet paper If you’re gonna stay there, be aware that is just for sleep a few hours and that’s it.

Shower in room did not work. Water was all over the floor after i had to take a bath. I left within a few hours of checking in. Wasn’t worth staying there. Staff wasn’t at front desk when checking in had to wait a few minutes which is ok but still alittle irritating.

Dirty, smells dirty, I am so glad we had a blanket because we did not lift up the covers, outdated, owners look like they don't put in the effort to make it look nice or even presentable, torn curtains and shower curtain, walls are stained, we got this for family weekend at Texas State, yes it was cheap for this was too much. Definitely will not be staying here ever again and so not recommended.

Basic no frills motel. Fine if you're staying just for the night. I'd stay somewhere else if you plan on staying multiple nights. Everything in the room is old/out dated. Bed is very hard and hardly any amenities in the room.

Renovations are being done, but they have a ways to go before I'd stay here again. The inside of the microwave was rusty and disgusting. The room smelled odd. Painting had been done to cover holes in the walls but didn't match. Ceiling tiles were missing in the hallway. The room was clean, but definitely the bare minimum.

The remodeling is looking well on the outside but horrible on the inside. They shouldn’t have made our room available, it was a fire hazard with wiring hanging out on the ceiling, and the wall, only 2 outlets worked, door had huge gaps to wear getting in would be easy, nothing in the room but 2 beds with cigarette burns and the tv. Dresser was adequate but no coffee, no microwave, no fridge no room phone.

Hallways were dirty with mattresses stacked on both sides. Staircase was dirty and arm rails were loose and not safe. Room was very dirty sheets had stains, toilet and bathtub had gross stains and hair. This is the dirtiest room I’ve ever encountered. We asked for a refund and they said no.

No toilet paper in the bathroom, dirty carpets, window opens all the way and is very dangerous for children, stained comforter, stained chair, fridge was not plugged in, fire detector needed a new battery so it kept beeping in the middle of the night, no soap, I have photos, and I want my money back. I was soo very unhappy with this stay. As a matter of fact, I noticed that I had no toilet paper and I called downstairs and they guy who answered said I could go down and get some...... I was on the toilet.............
