First of all, this hotel is old and located directly next to IH35. With that being said, the staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was as clean as it could be. There was soap, shampoo. The bed was comfortable. But the best part? The air conditioning worked fantastically. Overall, for the price, it was a good experience and I would recommend.

A little dirty and room had too much defered maintenance. Adjoining room tenant attempted to open door that joined both rooms at 1am. So i decided to leave.

We only stayed one night but the room didn’t look like it had a good cleaning in a while. The toilet and shower were clean but the floors were not that great. We had a “soft spot” in the carpet where the floor sunk in when you walked across it, which was concerning since we were on the second floor. There were birds nesting in the bathroom vent and the nesting material was falling through onto the towels. The beds were ok….hard, firm mattresses and made nicely. The chairs in the room were very stained and very wobbly and the table wasn’t much better. I do not like leaving negative reviews but this place needs some attention from the owners.

This is an older property that has old fixtures and old furniture. I know this is for the budget traveler, but even so, I would not stay here again.

Older motel. Good if you need a place to sleep. Overall room was clean, bathroom could use better scrubbing. Can't check-in before 2pm. Most hotels will let you check in but will tell you room won't be ready until... Not this one. Had to check in much later due to prior commitments.

Counters were falling apart, dresser was breaking at the bottom, shower curtain was falling off the wall, the light switch worked 1 light, plugs fell out of outlets, and the a/c was not on before checking in so the carpet had moisture from humidity

I feel the carpet floor, ceiling boards and wall partitions are infested with cockroach eggs that the only solution is to burn this place down. Avoid at all costs. At least the parking lot was alright and car was safe. Checked out 5am just to get out of there. Still have nightmares 18 months later

In general this place was a dump but VRBO cancelled the day before we left to attend the Formula One race in Austin and we had $1300 invested in tickets and were desperate to to find a place. I am ok with low rent places if it is clean but this place is disgusting and if you value Expedla's reputation then you need to drop them immediately. GROSS place.

Biggest issue is the walls are very thin and the traffic noise outside sounded the same if the door was wide open or not.
