This was terrible! The elevators didn’t work, card keys worked sometimes on the doors, grass out front was tall as my car, people hanging out in the parking lot, and the staff wasn’t the best. We opted to leave

It was not what I paid for. No sofa, no hair dryer. No separate rooms. No soaps. Will not be staying there next time.

First, as you drive up to the property, the weeds are almost as tall as the hotel in the property just in front of the Hotel, that it maid it look abandoned. Then we tried to check in only to find out KEY CARD system had been down for a 2nd day so no key card to issue. They had to personally let us in our rooms with a key card and advised that we not lock the doors if we were going to be going in and out. Then they also tell us the elevators are broken and no ETA of when they would be fixed. So we had to carry our luggage to the 4th floor and there were 10 of us with kids. Upon waking up the next morning, there was a large roach crawling on our bed! When I checked out and told the front desk her reply was 'OH'. Never again will we stay there.

I arrived with a confirmed reservation only to be told there was no room because the hotel had overbooked. No one contacted me in advance, and I was offered nothing more than a bottle of water as “compensation.” With no available rooms in the city, I was forced to drive home late at night while exhausted, putting my safety at risk. This was not just inconvenient — it was unacceptable. A reservation is a promise, and this property failed to honor it or provide meaningful support. Management needs to address this failure and compensate guests appropriately, or travelers should think twice before booking here.

Its move in week at TXST! 1 person at front desk, took 30 mins to check in. Our room smelled like fried fish, killed 2 roaches during our stay. Carpet is torn and horrible. The whole place is run down and not clean. Will not stay here again.

The elevators were broken. They gave us the 4th floor room. The whole hotel smelled like mildew. Tiles in the bathroom were broken. Coffee machine broken. The stairwell was also warm. We were only offered a snack for the inconvenience. And it was too late to get a full refund to go anywhere else.

I am not sure where to begin, but this is the most disgusting hotel I have stayed in. The entire hotel smelled like weed. The sheets had stains on them. The curtains had what appeared to be blood stains on them. In the drawers of the bathroom Simone left pubic trimmers, dirty underwear and pajama pants. The staff did nothing to take care of the problems. The rewards program was a joke as well. There is little to no lighting in the parking lot so I was a bit surprised my car was still there in the morning. Took photos of all of these things and still the management did nothing. It seriously appeared to be a “pay by the hour hotel”. I do not recommend anything about this hotel other than leaving!

The ladies staff were very amicable and professional! During my stay, there was no toilet paper, the ice machine was down and l had a hard time sleeping due to excessive noise from AC units by my window. I did not sleep well there due to loud noise outside my bedroom window due to fans straining excessively and making a very loud noise that kept me up or woke me up abruptly due to loud sounds of AC fans!

For starters i booked a King room and paid for a King room. I got a small Queen room and they wouldn't do anything about it. They said i needed to speak with Expedia about it as it was out of there hands. I even offered to pay for an upgraded room and was told they couldn't do it. The bed and pillows were extremely uncomfortable which i could have lived with if it wasn't for the next part. The elevator went out literally right when we got there granted this was at 230 in the afternoon. They said they could get anyone to fix it till the morning. So every time i left my room i had to take the stairs from the 4th floor. I seen folks struggling due to there age or how much stuff they had. I helped one larger family with their belongings as they had children and a baby. It was an older Mexican family and his pride was big and didn't want any help but did accept my help due to how much he was carrying up those stairs. I went and floated the river for the day and when i came back to wash all that off the shower wouldn't drain so i was standing in a tub full of water during my shower. I think for what i paid this place was joke and ill never go back. Oh yeah as far as they elevator goes then next day it was down even after i checked out at 11 lol. When complained to the receptionist about the whole elevator incident i was offered a free bag of chips. Check out morning my wife went to get coffee that following morning and after her stair-master hike with no luck due to no condiments.

Bad staff, check in. The reception person gave us a room, when we went to that room and we tried to open the key didn’t work, came down and she gave me a new card- key, came back to the 4 th floor and open the door and it was occupied. I came down again with my family (wife and kids) and i asked them what is going on? She told me was a “system error “ and apologized. Then she told me that she was going to give me another room but only with 2 beds and we were 5 in total, that is why I paid for a room with a sofa. She told me “we don’t have any” and I said, then give my money back, and she replied “we don’t give money back “. So I got upset and asked her what is it that I am supposed to do??? Then she told me that there is a room with same specifications. So disappointed, all the lies over and over. The room had a terrible smell of humidity. I will Never come back to this hotel.
