When we arrived and went to check in, the lady that was working the front counter told us that our reservation had been cancelled. I was very confused and asked why and she said that we didn't answer the phone when they called to ask if we still wanted the reservation. This has never happened before when we reserve a hotel through Travelocity. The air in our room was nice and cold until we went to sleep and during the middle of the night the air cut off and it wouldn't come back on until later on after we got up to get our day started. The air did this both nights. The shower head was broken in the shower and barely trickled any water out and the tub itself was so slippery that it would be a danger to anyone who's balance wasn't excellent. When I told the people at the front desk about these issues they acted like they did not care and they said that they would let maintenance know. We will definitely not ever stay at this hotel again. We were very disappointed from the time we got there until we left.

The room is old and dirty and the furniture is falling apart. This is the second room we tried. The first one had visible mold and smelled like mold. The pool is super tiny even the it looks huge in the pictures. I would never stay here again.

The property itself and staff were great, only thing I didn’t like was the street to be exit to the main road the view is blacked by brushes and it’s hard to see oncoming traffic.

A group of us was tubing the river nearby and decided to stay a night rather than drive four hours home and we are glad we did! At least for our experience, everything was great! The hot tub and pool was nice. The staff was welcoming and friendly. The beds were comfy and the room we had fit four people comfortably. However, I think it is near a railroad because we would hear a train throughout the night but besides that, we slept fine. There is multiple food options near by as well.
