The hotel is going through a renovation, but oour room was lovely and perfect for some early morning outlet shopping!

The room smelled like cheap cleaning products. The TV was ridiculous to work. Could have at least left a note on how to work it because the front desk was clueless. Water pressure was awful. The list goes on and on. In room phone wouldn’t call the front desk. Outdoor key entry was anywhere from 3 to 24 times to get it open.Trust me, I counted. At least paint the walls.. geez!

This hotel is an older property and "under renovation" getting some needed updates. It has areas that still need painting and hopefully some new hallway carpet in the future BUT what really stands out is the cleanliness of the rooms, excellent cleaning staff and friendly front desk staff. Our double bed room was compact and very sterile in appearance. Everything white, no carpet, no pictures on the walls and metal bed frames. Again BUT, all was clean, neat, great mioor lighting and we could smell the cleanliness in the hallways as well. We had a 4 day stay and saw how efficient the cleaning staff was. We had issues with the side doors not reading our key. While frustrating after telling the front staff we noticed the following day the reader had been fixed. Breakfast was the worst part of the stay, very limited options. Overall this was a clean and nice stay.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. Room was neat & clean. Plenty of towels. Bed was very comfortable. Good pillows too. FYI - there is an indoor pool but it is not heated so the water was not warm enough to swim. (Dec 6th & it was 39 degrees overnight). Typical continental breakfast.

Room was clean and beds comfortable. Staff were very courteous and helpful. The breakfast was nice and the staff kept it stocked. The only big issue we had was the hallway carpet was very dirty and the hallways not well lit. The light in the side entrance foyer was flickering the whole time we were there and needed to be replaced. The chairs in the dining area were heavily stained and dirty. There was a sign saying they were in the process of remodeling, so I hope these things will be fixed.

It was a great experience checking in was easy with the phone check in and the rooms were clean and in great condition. The only issue I had was my room key struggled to unlock the door to enter the building but it’s a minor issue.

The door in our room was not working it was hard to open it finally broke after two nights day the first on the first day and we were stuck the next morning it took them an hour and a half to get us out of our room. They had to open up the window for us to get out. Terrible terrible experience do not stay

For the price it was what it was. Safety lock on the door was missing. House keeping doesn't pay much attention or they'd have noticed the tissue whoever stayed before me shoved in the peephole. No security lock on the door that leads to an adjoining room. Probably won't stay again just because of limited safety features.
