The property management blocked the tv so i could not watch the necessary programs i needed to watch using my own device . This caused me to have to leave the property every morning to seek other ways to watch these programs.

Worst shower ever, needs new shower head. Paint peeling on shower ceiling. No ice machine on our floor. Bed was not very comfortable and the pillows felt cheap and flimsy.

We stayed for 4 nights, overall it was an okay experience. It’s in a great location-close to shopping, food, and entertainment. The room we stayed in smelled like mildew and the carpet near the air conditioning unit was wet our whole stay. Other than that, the beds were comfortable and as long as we didn’t go near the wet carpet it was a nice room. The staff was very helpful and friendly.

I would of gave a 5 all around if there wasnt roaches... We found one in our window and my aunt found one crawling across her bed... I told the front when we were checking out and all they had to say was im sorry.

The room did not look clean, the pillows were stained and there were roaches in the bathroom and saw some around the room. There was not enough parking so we had to leave our vehicle far away in a different property which was super inconvenient. The hotel itself seems old and outdated

Nice updated hotel. Nice location. Nice beds. The property was not well maintained. The shower door wouldn’t close, the floor ac unit made the carpet all wet, the bathroom counter cabinet leg was pushed up underneath itself. They had an onsite restaurant. Parking was limited and not well lit. Ended up parking in next hotel lot.

The bar and restaurant never seemed open and when we asked they said the bartender was in the kitchen cooking. Went there to visit family and thought we could eat in the restaurant but there was never a soul in there. Power went out but probably was not the fault of the hotel. Very clean

The carpet was so dirty my grandson feet were black. There was smeared brown on the safety bar by the toilet. I reported it the 1st night but, was not cleaned off when we checked out. We won’t be back.

I had a great stay at the Courtyard San Marcos! The room was super clean, spacious, and comfortable—definitely one of the better hotel stays I’ve had recently. The bathroom was especially nice with a big walk-in shower. The staff was friendly and really helpful. I had a special request to stay on the first floor, and they were more than happy to accommodate me. Big shoutout to Linda at the front desk—she went above and beyond to help us with a small issue and made the whole experience stress-free.

Everyone was really friendly except for one young lady with a ponytail. I believe she works in the front but I saw her coming out of a room. Didn’t greet or even smile back. She needs to learn to smile! Overall, our stay with was nice! Thanks

Hotel was clean, quiet and easy to access from highway. Staff was pleasant, check in was easy. Not necessarily a complaint but we, and other guests, were misinformed about a “complimentary breakfast” when they actually have a dine in restaurant. Would recommend staying here but probably comparable stays close by at a lower price with included breakfast.
