Booked the hotel for the indoor pool. Pool was dirty (green water), unable to be used. No toothbrush available, no personal coffee maker. Issues with the booking and payment.

Just because it was close to where I was going.

None of the photos sell the place. They showed different bedrooms and no lighting upstairs. The TV doesn't work at all. The space is very small, nothing like what the photos show.

It was weird to see the front desk agents mixing the batter for the waffles in the morning at the front desk with no gloves or in a sanitary environment. Don’t get me wrong the staff were sweet, kind, and hard working but this seemed a little unsanitary. Breakfast selections were limited to cereal, pastries, and a single waffle maker with a line. Maybe add another waffle maker? I know they are working well with the space they have but maybe add microwave breakfast sandwiches too?

Extremely disappointing stay, we would never stay here again.

Location was great, very close to the outlets. Beds were comfortable even though the pillows were really small and had only 2 per bed. The room was really cold, air conditioner worked great and the pool was alright.

The gym had only broken equipment. The rooms did not have an iron, and we had to ask the front desk to borrow a steamer, and then that steamer sucked. Breakfast was abysmal. We chose not even to try it. We went to Cracker Barrel. Non-smoking room, but the bed had a cigarette burn on it.

Convenient but needs major improvements.

Convenient to the location we needed to be.

Old smell, no ventilation in the bathroom and the AC was not working properly. A roach on the window seal was not what we wanted to see. The shampoo bottle was empty. We could not stream Netflix in the tv.

Close to the highway

I booked three rooms. Upon arrival, I was charged a $50 deposit per room, totaling $150. I never got the deposits back and when I called to follow up I was told that they could not help me with past transactions.

Pool could have been cleaner . It was not blue or clear , more greenish . Pool bathroom needed attention . Brown stain on the wall . Indoor pool, Not well ventilated. Stuffy if you’re hanging out around the pool . Not sure if is supposed to be like that since it’s indoor . Big hair in the fridge when I opened it . Breakfast was frozen waffles and bagels . Coffee was good .

I like the balcony room.

Balcony and room over look the pool tajano music blaring from the pool area and loud screaming. Front desk was no help. Jacuzzi tub drain was broken. Property was old and unkept. Large groups with small rooms. Hotel was treated like a dorm party..

My overall day was good. Everyone was pleasant. The rooms were very clean. Model in the bed were comfortable.

The rooms were clean.Loved the makeup mirror.Good location for what I needed. Nice comfy beds and the window shades. Keep it dark in your room if you want it to.

Hallway were extremely hot,like no AC at all. Had a couple issues with my door key(3) to be exact. when I first arrived, my door wouldn’t lock at all, but they did fix it quickly, but I didn’t like the idea of having to leave my belongings in there while they did it. I know they are doing remodeling, but they need to finish. Need some landscaping.

Their was construction going on, bugs in are room, and most of all after I paid the man checking me in kept trying to convince me to give him cash for a safety deposit then an early checkin fee, I refused to pay cash for either one and said all I had was my debit card then I no longer needed to cover those charges he was weirdly trying to scam me into somehow paying cash for something extra. The whole trip we decided to use the back access door to avoid running into the same pushy man as it was a trip with just myself and 2 other girls.

Calm and quiet

The beds were very cozy, and the showers were nice, clean, and had wonderful pressure.

My one and only complaint was that the microwave in the room was a little iffy. However it did not interrupt my stay or make it any less pleasant.

The breakfast was a bag breakfast that was supposed to be hot. When I asked about it, I was told, “Don’t believe what you read on the website.”

Door to the hotel from the parking lot didn’t work. The tv remote had no batteries, then the tv reception was horrible. Video & audio.
