Breakfast staff was awesome! The food was very good and hot. Room service was quick and very easy to order online. Happy hour was very relaxing, and well stocked snacks were provided throughout the happy hour.
The food from room service was cold and not very appealing. We had the trio dips and the cheese dip was water. The sliders were cold.

Everything except my bedroom t.v. not working.
My t.v. in the bedroom didn't work.When I told the manager on check out there was just a sorry.Nothing else offered for me not having a t.v. all night.

The room, the facilities overall, the cleanliness.
There was NO breakfast today, according to the staff the cooks were sick, but this is no valid reason to not offer a full breakfast which most of the people choose this hotel for. Plenty of unhappy customers were down in the breakfast area. Embassy Suites should have a contingency plan to act when this things happen.
