I booked this hotel but didn’t stay at the property. They were over booked so the made me accommodations at a cheaper hotel but I still payed the price of this hotel. What a scam, the manager told me I would be in there the next day, never received the call to come.

The room, the facilities overall, the cleanliness.

There was NO breakfast today, according to the staff the cooks were sick, but this is no valid reason to not offer a full breakfast which most of the people choose this hotel for. Plenty of unhappy customers were down in the breakfast area. Embassy Suites should have a contingency plan to act when this things happen.

Stayed here for a conference, and a completely different group came in to our conference room prior to our meal and stole our food so not everyone got to eat. That was the story that we were told. At the end of the day, I would not recommend this place.

Great place just fix the breakfast.

The property itself was wonderful and the staff were very friendly.

I had a big problem with the “breakfast!” We got down to the lobby an hour before the breakfast was to close. We were disappointed to say the least. I will share my picture to help me explain. The juice was watered down especially the orange juice. The other machine wasn’t even working. Many items were already gone and never replaced. I feel like the staff was doing their best with the few crew members present. We plan to stay here again in May for Texas State graduation. I hope to find the breakfast fixed!

Room temperature could not be adjusted to my comfort level. Charging for self parking when there is no other option available is absurd. Charging a parking fee when you did not have a vehicle is a total rip off. Lobby concessions prices are outrageous.

The appearance of the hotel was nice. The beds were comfortable.

The room was hot. Thermostat was temp controlled and didn’t cool down at night. There were no extra blanket so make sure to bring your own. Starbucks or breakfast didn’t open until 7 so if you are an early riser be prepared to leave and get coffee or wake up your kids using the machine in the room. The breakfast had a good selection but the eggs were runny. Butter was pooled on top. Minor details, but if you are paying 300 my expectations were higher.

Great stay needs better pillows

I’ve always liked Embassy Suites, so I chose this property for My Partner and I to stay

The pillows on the bed were not comfortable at all. Gave me severe neck pain the following morning

Disappointed, way over priced for what we received during ongoing construction.

We were never told, and a few calls were had, by the property that the hotel was under construction.. I splurged on a fancy hotel to celebrate my daughter and we only enjoyed our rooms. All the facilities were shut down and closed. I WAY over paid for a comfy room with no amenities😭😭😭 HAD to go out for everything and spend more $$ Very disappointed, after a long journey we wanted to swim and be pampered and that just didn't happen sadly..

It was in a great location.

The rooms and hotel were under construction without notice, the room was very outdated, our room smelled like old mildew & cigarette smoke, the tub could've been cleaned a little more. The a/c barely worked and made me and my family very hot, which made it impossible to sleep good.

Birthday Weekend for My Granddaughter and one of her Friends -- They made her feel like a QUEEN during her stay -- she was met in the room with a Birthday Surprise (which was not at all expected - a WONDERFUL SURPRISE for Her) and all that saw her wished her Happy Birthday -- A GREAT EXPERIENCE for She and Her Friend -- Room newly remodeled and really amazing -- Had a really GREAT TIME -- staff very accommodating, FRIENDLY and VERY PLEASANT -- will come and stay again

I was not notified before booking here that the entire lobby was under construction. The entire place smelled and looked like a job site and the amount of silica dust on everything was very unprofessional. This morning starting at 8am, the room above mine was undergoing demo of some sort as it sounded like someone was using a grinder. The pool was blocked off as well and we could not use the pool this morning.

The location of the hotel.

I was very disappointed in the cleanliness. We arrived in the evening….there was a dirty Qtip by the bed, crumbs on the floor, an old washcloth hanging over the shower, and two empty sprite bottles in the room. I felt it was too late to complain as we had a lot of luggage to move back out. I also didn’t want the staff to do more harm than good from the first night. The next morning, as we were out and about, I asked the front desk to make sure and have our room cleaned while we were out. When we came back that night, our room had not been cleaned.
