Short stay, close to family and medical facilities that we visited.

Breakfast, in my opinion, would have been better with packets of mayo. I like a good toasted bacon, egg, and Cheese sandwich. It may be available, I didn't ask for it. I looked, but didn't see it.

Not what I expected from a Marriott Hotel

Location and staff were wonderful

Room AC/heater was not working had to change room at 11:00pm, then the next room did not have hot water. breakfast starts at 7:00am went at 7:20am and food was cold

1. The one working elevator was extremely slow and this was a very busy weekend with high volumes of people. 2. The hydration station was low at times and consistently did not have cups readily available to assist with staying hydrated in warm weather conditions.

The bed was so bad. It just sank in when you even sat on it. Both my young daughter and I got terrible sleep tossing and turning trying to find a comfortable position. But there was none. I would have expected a bed that bad at a motel 6 or Roadway Inn, but Marriot?

Staff was friendly and room was clean. I can't say the same for breakfast. The egg muffin tasted rubbery. Packaged Waffles were so sweet. Sausage had no taste. That was only only Sunday morning. Monday morning we just we out for breakfast.

way understaffed during breakfast. food wasn’t coming out fast enough, trash was overflowing, and the 1 lady working couldn’t keep up and looked exhausted. if it were me, I would have walked out. she needed help. I noticed this on both mornings I was there. also, pool area and outside trash was still overflowing from the night before at 9:30 the next morning when I left and went to my car to leave.
