Very nice. I would recommend it and would stay here again.

Staff were very friendly, helpful. Room was large, clean and comfortable. The breakfast was pretty good. The coffee was good and the chocolate chip cookie was delicious. I like being able to make the room as cool as I like. The shower was very good! Great water pressure.

The carpet in the hallway is very worn.

I like the cleanness and there was no animal smell, the breakfast was good and the atmosphere was just amazing. I will be visiting again because of the cleanliness of the room and the space we had even with our puppy. Even with us being on the fourth floor i cant complain and i was a little worried at first because with having to bring our puppy I just thought it would be a hassle but it wasnt. I have made this Hotel me and my family our new home for whenever we visit St. Marcus. I just want to Thank the whole Staff for making me and my family feel so welcome.

I liked it. The property was clean and the staff the check-in staff was very, very pleasant and very accommodating.

When we got to our room, I needed to use the restroom. The door was locked. I was able to take a car key and unlock the door. Then in the evening when we went to clean up to go to bed, we stopped the bathroom sink to put water in the sink and when we went to unstop it that was broke so we ended up having to do all our personal hygiene things in the kitchen, brush, our teeth, wash our face, etc.

It's not that clean

I liked how everything was really close by.

I think they need to be way better on cleaning. I had found some food spilled on the hallway floor for the 2 days I was there. Like they never bothered on cleaning it up. In my room, it had some grey hairs around some areas(they weren't mine or my husband's hair since ours is black) with questionable stains. I didn't feel clean at the hotel that and after paying a good amount of money. I expected it to be at least cleaned. We will be looking elsewhere next time.

A decent stay overall and the management was very helpful with accommodating a change to our booking.

We had to request sheets for the sofa bed, the sheets on the main bed were ill fitting and stained, the pressure in the bathroom sink was terrible and in the shower it was so hard that it hurt.

Not good at all - skip this place, a fake Hilton.

Large room size and located next to shopping and food.

Room was not vacuumed. Stains on the sheets. Beds were uncomfortable. Room was set up in a bad way - hard to see the TV from the beds. Only 2 towels provided for 5 people. Housekeeping did not come during our stay. Breakfast was not served hot. Breads/bakery goods were stale. Fruit was not fresh. Juice tasted bad. Bought a soda from the front desk and it was flat. Rooms need paint. Carpet was torn. No fan in bathroom. Had a cockroach and water bugs in the room. Something crawled across my daughter’s face while we were sleeping.

My friends and I always stay at this hotel when we come to San Marcos for raves. Location is extremely convenient and walking distance from stores like Spec's, Target, Five Below, etc.; which has been very helpful for last minute essentials. We love how this property is always clean and comfy. The rooms are always able to comfortable accommodate a group of 6 girls getting ready, which is always a chaotic event. Staff is always nice, we never have issues here :) Also, I love that this property locks their doors at night! Makes me feel safe!
