The room itself was modern and clean, but the extra charge was a little disappointing when I got the bill. The extra charge might be part of other hotels for this area. Closeness to the beach was a plus.

Great property in the perfect location. Stayed with 2 other couples and everyone was very happy with the stay. Once you get there you can walk to almost anything you need so that made it even better. Great updated decor and kitchen was stocked with all the essentials. Only thing that caught us of guard was that two of the three rooms did not have bathrooms so those couples had to walk downstairs when they needed to. Not a huge deal but was a touch inconvenient. Overall I would definitely stay here again. Location alone makes it worth it.

Everything was great. The room was clean, parking is easy, great location. The only thing I kept having trouble with is actually really important..and that would be the lock to enter and leave the room. At first, we couldn’t get it open, and the next day we couldn’t get it to lock. There’s no check-in desk, it’s all a code box. I had to keep calling them to fix it, which they were fast about.

Advertised as “Brand New” when in fact it has been recently renovated. Inside the room was nice, it was clean and comfortable with good amenities. We found the rain shower sprayed everywhere and told the hotel upon checkout, unless they are aware they cant fix it. There is off street parking and its in easy distance to town centre, overall it was nice just disappointed in the branding of “Brand New”

It was such a pleasure to come back to a clean and updated room after our busy days in South Lake Tahoe. We’ve stayed at other inns and nothing really compares! The hotel staff was also great at responding fast, so even if we had questions, I knew they’d be available to answer without delay. I’ll definitely be booking again!

We love the whole setting of the room. This is our first time bring our dog to stay in hotel. He is timid and anxious. He feels pretty safe and relax on the dog bed. We enjoy the quietness, too.

It has the best location to Heavenly. Gondola is just a few minutes walk away. It was really clean and nice. I was little worried when I heard that there is no on-site office but I didn't have to worry at all. Parking lot was spacious. Assigned parking is really nice. Snow was cleaned well so no slippery road at all. Kitchenette was really nice. Dishes were all nicely cleaned, all untenciles were very easy to find. I really loved the fireplace and shower. Also very dog friendly!!!

The room was very spacious, clean, and had the feel of a European chalet. The king bed was very comfortable and of the perfect firmness. The spacious, double vanity bathroom was a great time saver in the morning. The parking was very close to the room. It’s within walking distance to casinos and shopping, so we saved paying the excessive parking fees they charged. There are some minor property improvements that can be made, but overall they have an exceptional staff and outstanding rooms! Highly recommended.

We enjoyed our stay and the room, until night time. The room has a mini-split system which I'm very familiar with, however the temperature would not stabilize, which made me think it was faulty or connected to another room. The room stayed over 80 degrees all night and we couldn't fix it

Loved this space! All bedrooms were as advertised. We stayed in Room 1 which had 3 king beds and 3 1/2 bath, large couch, and kitchen with all basic amenities. Location was walkable to casinos, the Lake and Heavenly Gondola. Check-in and out was convenient and easy. Unit was clean. Slippers, ear plugs & eye covers were provided and was a nice added amenity. Rooms all had separate heaters.

Small kitchenette was available, coffee and tea. Stocked with a lot of extras- slippers, masks, ear plugs, tooth brush, and the bathroom vents worked and shower drained just fine. The ac and heater worked in tandem to keep the room the perfect temperature. A/C was a little loud and the roof was hit with falling pine needles from the wind blowing which was a little disturbing. Walls are thin!!! But all in all great stay close walk to Harrah's and food spots.
