Good and comfortable place to stay

I wish there was a water boiler in the room and space around the bathroom sink for toiletry.

Had a great Snowboard trip.

Room was clean and updated. Able to walk to the Heavenly gondola. Contactless check in was easy.

Heater/AC in room made a "tick" noise every 4-5 secs. louder than the running fan. Very annoying, much like a leaky faucet drip. Had trouble sleeping until I got earplugs.

It was the perfect basic and great value for money. Location 10min from lift walking, super safe and quiet, great clean room with confy bed and hot showers and heating. Fridge and coffee machine in room. Easy checkin and out. Overall perfect.

Good location, close to ski resort and restaurants/bars.

No in person contact to any host as no front desk available and all communication happened through text messages. Unable to have a conversation about the room condition and dirty bed sheets found as we entered the goom. They made us get fresh linens from the utility room and redo the bed ourselves.

Decent, but given the prices for the same area for my stay dates, I was disappointed.

The location was great, the bed was comfortable, and I felt safe.

No on-site staff. Very noisy guest above me, who sounded like they were throwing a tennis ball for their dog until after midnight. Guest closet was super limited and missing many described amenities. My room had nail clippings all over the bathroom counter. The tub had hair in it. The FireTV wouldn’t let me download apps, so entertainment options were very limited.

I really liked that I was in walking distance to the casinos so I could drink and also they had little gifts for my pups which was really sweet and thoughtful.

Basic room, good price, no staff

The room is just that, a room. The bed was comfortable and the room itself was fairly spacious. Very close to downtown and State Line. We were able to walk to the shops and things Felt very safe and the little coffee shop next door came in handy

There is basically no staff present. They say there are extra supplies in a wash room but there was basically nothing there, so getting fresh towels didnt happen, or more coffee for that matter. You have to pay extra to get your room cleaned during your stay. I got an email asking to clean up all trash and take to the dumpster....sorry but that's not my job.

Amazing and great property

Great location, amazing management! New appliances, everything was clean. Gorgeous fireplace and bath! I was getting response from management in about 5 minutes! Love this place and definitely will be coming back

I wished they had beach passes in our rooms and the front office was closed till 11 am so I couldn’t even reach anyone in person. Eventually I did but we couldn’t go the first day.

The beds were comfortable and the room was clean.

The shower faucet was wobbling, the TV did not work and the AC did not maintain the temperature set at. Granted I informed them past 10 pm on m last day about these things and they did call me and wanted to see if they can resolve it that night.

The location to South Lake tahoe was great

The ac did not keep the room at a comfortable temperature, and there were no fans in the room. The coffee cups that were to be used to have a cup of coffee were used as holders for the coffee bags and coffee creamers, kind of weird. Had to was those out before using. Also, the bathroom door would drag on the floor when opening and closing as well as the bathtub floor did not seem solid in the center.

It couldn’t have been worse — we injured our leg on the exposed, sharp bed frame, and there was neither a staff member available nor a first aid kit on-site. Despite being told that the issue was being taken care of, no one made any effort to fix it. I followed up three times about this after checking out, yet received no update at all.

Wonderful stay!

Loved the convenience of being so close to literally everything. Short walk to restaurants, the concert venue and casinos. Room was clean and updated. Air conditioner worked great and kept us comfortable. The pool looked nice even though we didn't go in it was a nice perk. Will DEFINITELY be staying here in the future when going to Tahoe.

Bathroom was a bit tight but not too bad. I definitely wouldn't let it out way the pros of our stay. Also, parking is cramped. We left pretty late in the evening after a concert to find food and came back to 0 parking spots. Would be nice if each room had a designated parking spot to help with making sure everyone for sure had a spot.

I’ve been there several times. The bed is really comfortable. They give a really nice treat bag for your pet and the location is great. The staff is also exceptional. I was told that the beds are new. They felt like it they were really comfortable.
