    expensive. I booked here in Agoda for ***$/ night and when i got there, they charged me another 180$ for alot of “other fees” . There was NOT even a toothpaste, laundry bag and slippers. Room was not too big either. Only thing that is good here is the location and the Filipino staffs that are helpful.

    The remodel of this hotel is absolutely amazing. It’s the nicest casino hotel in S. Lake Tahoe. My only complaint is that I booked a single king room and received 2 queens. I was told they were sold out of the single king which makes no sense if I booked it.

    Resort is sorely understaffed and seems to lack any leadership to motivate staff to be customer focused. Pool was closed even though it was 3 beautiful sunny days. NBC not on room TV sets, but no one knows why. Major renovations going on makes it noisy and inconvenient.
