Staff was rude and un welcoming fees for rooms and parking where not what discussed on top of paying for parking was not available do to hockey game next door

Room was good, just not used to people smoking inside hotel. Pool was closed after we came back from snowboarding so that was not cool.

Everything was decent except for a few things. No bellhop when we needed it so we had to track down a luggage carrier. After we got all our stuff on the luggage care, we had to push it appeal to the elevators, which were in the middle of the facility. Other than that no issues whatsoever.

We had a wonderful time as a family. The scenery was breathtaking. We are actually reluctant to return home. We thoroughly enjoyed the spa and hot tubs. It was very quiet during the week, with more people arriving over the weekend. We can’t wait to come back!

For 1-2 nights stay everything was good - clean and comfortable. The only thing, the coffee machine in the room is terrible

Our stay was not good. We had to switch rooms because there was hair on the floor in the bathroom and we could see the box spring of the bed. The overall cleanliness of the hotel was not good and it needs lots of updates throughout the building. The pool felt very dirty and was always extremely busy. We tried calling the front desk to get a refund for our stay so we could leave early but I was told 3 times a manager would call me back and I never got a call back. We also did not feel the safest in the area the hotel was located. Overall our stay was horrible, I would not recommend to anyone nor will I ever go back.

Bathroom door was broken . The hallway had garbage that was left for days .The parking lot looked like a garbage dump.The front desk staff was rude . There were more issues but it’s not worth my time to write them all . I would never recommend this hotel.

Hotel was understaffed, especially regarding check-in which was a slow process (30 minute wait) with only 2 of the 5 spots at the front desk occupied. There seemed to be only one baggage cart available for the entire 17 floor hotel and to use that you had to order for service. For a place that advertises to be family friendly you would think there would be some plan in place so families don’t have to make 3 trips back and forth from the parking garage to their room, which is quite a hike. Most of the place is saturated with the residual smell of old cigarettes and the rooms are short on amenities. The food at Cafe De Soul was good and reasonably priced. We had dinner and breakfast.

Overall it was a good stay. The first room we got, the heater was not working. It was cold. The hotel staff were quick to respond and when they couldn't fix the heater (problem with a valve), the moved us to a lake view room, which was very nice. The amenities were excellent. There was plenty to do. The only thing that kept this from being a 5 star review is that the pool was closed for two of the two and a half days we were there. We regret (or maybe not) not going to the pool when we arrived, but we were there for fun in the snow, not to lounge at the pool. The restaurant Cafe Del Soul was really good. The food was great and the wait staff was friendly and fast. Bally's is close to everything you want to do in Tahoe. We walked to stores, the skating rink near Heavenly, and a tubing park about a block and a half away. I would definitely stay there again and would recommend it.

I was very disappointed with my stay. The room was dirty upon arrival, which immediately made me uncomfortable. The staff was unfriendly and unhelpful when concerns were raised, which only added to the frustration. Overall, this hotel did not meet basic standards of cleanliness or hospitality, and I would not recommend staying here.

Room wasnt ready when I checked in, front desk had to call somebody to have it inspected.When it was finally ready, door keys weren’t working,had to go back down to have them check/activate it. The rooms didnt look like it was cleaned thoroughly, there were still hairs on the bathroom floor. Compared to Harrah’s,Harvey’s and GN, this hotel is at the bottom of the list

Our first room was not very clean. The shower walls were covered in hair so it was obvious they dodnt clean it. After 4 requests to have someone come clean it k requested a new clean room. They moved us to a new room which is very inconvenient after settling in and unpacking for a family of 4 including a toddler and baby. Well, the second room shower was also full of hair on the floor. The second room didn’t have the same amount of pillows also. On the day of checkout the elevators went down. Again, another inconvenience. I will never ever stay here again!!!

Room was never cleaned during our entire stay of 4 days. Resort fees of $30 and the hot tub was out of service for all those days. Carpets are threadbare. The entire hotel seemed very run down compared to when it was run by Montbleu. Will never return to this hotel again.

The moment we got to our room the sheets were stain. On hold for house keeping over 2 hrs. No toilet paper, called house keep over 45 min no response . Went to front desk able to get their attention and with 5 min we had it. Over comfort ok, but service bad

We stayed a Bally’s for one night. We had a great check in, everyone was very friendly and helpful. Our room was great, the bed was comfy and we had a beautiful view out our window!! We went to the hockey game next door and it was so nice to just be able to walk over and back! Thank you Bally’s for a wonderful stay!

The room was clean and updated. A nice amount of space for the price. The valet staff was excellent, always available and accommodating. The front desk staff was friendly and efficient with check in. The housekeeping staff did their room cleaning by request on schedule and to perfection.

Overall it was good but the bathroom wasn’t properly cleaned, the floor was really dirty, it was sticky and some liquid was on the floor with some foot marks. Other than that, bed and blankets were clean

We had no heat and after complaining about it then had to ask to switch rooms, no one seemed to care. Run down hotel/casino, minimal staff and don’t have much customer service. The food in the restaurant was good, but very expensive.
