I like that the property was not on the strip. It was nice to come back from the evening on the town to a quiet calm smoke free environment.
That the pool closed at 4:00pm

Close to Heavenly gondola. Restaurants on site were great. Lots of activities close by. Valet parking and luggage assistance were nice.
Smoke smell in the casino was strong. No working hot tubs anywhere on property. Construction was a nuisance.

I liked that the property was in distance to walking shops and yummy food places !
I didn’t like that the “ newly renovated “.. “ smoke free” room has cigarette ashes upon arrival ; ashes in the elevator and the room smelt so badly of cigarette smoke you’d think someone was actively smoking next to you. I didn’t like that the heater when turned to 69 degrees went to 83 degrees. Talk about couldnt sleep. I was up from 1-5 am trying to get the heat to drop.

Location is great
I was shocked to our room wasn't made up while we were gone for the day. I had to call for more fresh towels, and I was informed that they will not make up the bed until after a 3rd night. Parking is $20 a day. I was charged for a mini bar item I didn't take. Construction is going on in this facility while we were staying, and we were informed previously of this, but I didn't expect to be woken up at 6am by the construction noise.

It's a nice location and front desk was friendly and helpful
The room needs maintenance. The cabinet door were The fridge is was falling off. The shower door seal was coming off. The worst part was hearing the elevators passing our room all night. We were there with my 4 year old and the parking garage elevator area were missing face plates on all outlets. There was a thermastat missing the cover at the entrance of the hotel from valet. And the coffee shop messed our order up. Then the property was under maintenance.

The location is great. The new updates are very nice. The view of the lake was excellent.
Getting from the parking garage to hotel lobby could be more accessible.

It’s perfectly located near shops and restaurants.
Their increased and ridiculous hidden fees! Their room nightly service fees and taxes (over $50) and daily $30 self-parking. Their fees and parking were nearly as much as the room booking cost per night! We stay there many times each year as it’s halfway to our son’s home in Nevada. We will be looking elsewhere in the future.

I thoroughly enjoyed the comfort of the beds and pillows—they made for a restful stay. The view from the room was beautiful, and I especially appreciated the lighting in the restroom. The abundance of mirrors and bright lights made it easy for multiple women to get ready at the same time, which was a great convenience.
I was disappointed that bathrobes were not provided in the room. Additionally, although we ordered food for in-room dining, we were still required to pick it up from the restaurant, which was inconvenient. The cocktails at Hell’s Kitchen and the Sage Room were also underwhelming, with limited vodka-based options available.

Very misleading tje rooms are best two star not comfortable nor were they clean very disappointed
I feel was very misleading. I paid extra to have a room with a view on the lake and all I got was a view of the room up their rooftop complained to the front desk and they said that they had no rooms with views of the lake left that they were sold out and did not offer my money back or did not offer me a discounted rate so was completely flabbergasted about the response. I got from management rooms were completely filthy. The shower had hair all in it.

The bar, the concert venue.
The people at the desk were rude. For the price of the room it had a hole in the wall and wasn't very clean. The price included self parking but when my daughter got the car she had to pay $35. Went to the desk and they basically said too bad. So I paid $55 for self-parking. Are you kidding me? I will tell everyone what a rip off this was.

The view of Lake Tahoe and it is easy to get around the property
The room carpet is fraying at the door jam with long strings of rug. On day two I found a black sock on the floor of the room under the dresser under the TV, from a previous guest. Food is where you really fall down and views can’t make up for that. We ate at the Sage room and Fridays Station. The sage room food is not as good as Fridays and the same with the service. The server at Sage failed to take our Caesar’s card for points also he put down we got a free birthday dessert and charged us for a different dessert. We didn’t get the free dessert. Super odd. Coincidence or not is it that they have almost exactly the same menu? We wanted to eat at El Jefe and were told by numerous people it would be open on Wed, just as the sign said, no reservations needed, just walk in however, when we went we were turned away because it was closed for a private event and told to go to Brew Bros to eat. There were 14 others behind us who wanted to eat there too. Brew Bros, we ate breakfast there that morning, it was ok we could only get breakfast or wait until 11 for lunch and no breakfast, it’s a coffee shop seriously??? I had pancakes that were cooked and tasted like a biscuit, not light or fluffy. We had passed by El Jefe that morning and afternoon there was no sign saying it would be closed that night - your event person should have had a sign there that morning closed for a private event tonight, also it should be listed in your event schedule for all hotel staff to know. Their smug recommendation of Brew Bros for dinner just yuck after breakfast, perhaps they thought we were on a budget and that was the reason for the suggestion but really? We ate at Wolf it was very good and we had a great server Camilla, however we really wanted Mexican food and you failed to manage my expectations one sign out at 10:00 am would have made a difference and I would have changed plans accordingly. We all know it was an event that had been scheduled way in advance and not that afternoon.

It was nice that it was right at our venue for the concert we were there to see. The bell staff, valet staff, cleaning staff on the 6th floor and manager were interacted with were very nice, personable, helpful, knowledgeable and friendly.
The first two people we interacted with at the front desk were horrible and have no business working in the service industry at a hotel of that level. The were cold, no smiles or personality, unhelpful, unfriendly, rude, etc. The cleaning person we asked for some body wash, lotion, sugar and creamer because we were there for 3 days two nights with 2 people and they didn't restock anything and the bottles of lotion and body wash were super tiny for 2 people for 3 days. She just said that's not my room and brushed us off instead of assisting and again, no personable personality to at least attempt to deliver the message nicely or direct us to who could help etc. Horrible.
When we checked in we were put in a tiny horrible room with a tiny bathroom in the Romulus tower when we had upgraded to a deluxe room with tub in the Remus tower. When I went to ask about it, the front desk staff was unhelpful and unpolite. They told me there were no other rooms and to take it up with booking.com. Booking.com only had a place to send a message to and no one ever responded to me. I will never boom through them again. If I had booked through the Ceasars Rewards app I would have secured the correct room with no issues with less fees, etc. Everything had a fee. The manager was able to move us into a bigger room in the Romulus tower that had a bathtub, but there was no price adjustment. It was an older room. I've stayed many places in the last year and this had the least comfortable bed and accommodations. They didn't even have 24 hour room service.

When we arrived at 3:00, I didn't appreciate the front desk clerk not being friendly when we asked to check in a little early. We had dinner reservations at Hells Kitchen at 4:15. I called before we started traveling to the hotel to see if we could check in about an 30 min. to an hour early so we could simply put our luggage in the room and freshen up prior to our dinner reservation and the girl suggested if we wanted to check in early there would be a charge associated with it. My room for a basic room was already $700. Ive never had this occur to me before. We were sitting in the bar and we noticed people that tried to check in same time or after us, were getting calls that their rooms were ready. I walked back over to check our room and another clerk(male) checked for me and we checked in at 3:55. Gave us 15 minutes to freshen up and arrive to our dinner on time. We chose the hotel because we also went to the Teddy Swims concert on site. I am not sure if I will choose your location again for lodging.

Location was great! Room was up to date too.
Each bed only had two pillows and the pillows smelled. Mine like bad cologne and my friends like oily hair (linens were clean, prob just old pillows). Also everywhere smelled like smoke, but typical for a Nevada casino.

Close to the event we attended.
The room was on the 10th floor, night club across the street played loud music until 2 am. We could hear the music until then. Also, we found hair in our shower and there was no body wash in the dispenser.

Location
1. We were put on the 5th floor and had barking dogs each night next door. I am allergic to dog hair. We were not told of this location at check in, otherwise we would not have stayed here.
2. I am handicapped, and the door man told us to park around to corner. This 3 car lot was full. Valet service was hostile. Finally registration desk told us about the third floor garage handicap parking.
3. We unenjoyed to vista of the rooftop.

Very limited tables to gamble at which causes us to have to go elsewhere also amenities weren’t available such as room service

Upgraded to a larger room with a nice view.
Hallways had lots of trash. Under construction to transition from Harvey's to Caesars so ladders everywhere. Bed too firm. Pillows flat. Unable to even buy water and none in room. One pillow case was filthy.

I was disappointed when I asked about the indoor swimming pool I was advised that there was one. I was given the directions to the outdoor pool and was told that they did not have one. Went back to customer service and was told that they did have one. Never found one there did not go swimming. Also, we had 4 people stay and only had enough coffee for 2 people called housekeeping to ask for more coffee and bathing supplies shampoo. We received more coffee not extra cups and no toiletries as requested. That was a little disappointing.
The staff was friendly . The location was clean and close to everything.

It’s under massive construction. My husband is a construction worker we were on vacation. This did not go well with him. If we have been told it was gonna be under construction, we would have never done the reservation and stayed here with it being so late when we got there there is nowhere else to go very very unhappy.
Crane every where, being woke up at 430 am to people working in the hallway, dust everywhere. Absolutely not what we went out for

Was full of rude condescending people and construction everywhere

the view from our room
the hot tub was out of order, the place is way dated and we were not aware of the construction. I would not have paid what I paid for a place that is that much under construction
8.0 / 10.0
The room was spacious, clean and comfortable.
I opted for online check in and chose self parking. Before arriving we decided to change to valet. There was no option for making the change online. Online check in provides a QR code to use the lobby kiosk. The kiosk was not working and I would not have been able to use it anyway because of the parking change that I couldn’t update online. With that said, the staff were very accommodating and the in person check in was fairly efficient.

Affordable room price
We were not told the place is under major construction, elevators took too long, only two working at the time, the checking staffing was completely rude not welcoming. Our room had non working lights , coffeemaker.

There was a lot of construction going on at the time of our stay.

Disappointed that our favorite restaurant, the Sports Bar, was closed down

Room size is large, staff very helpful
Currently a building site, majority of shops and restaurants are closed. I've also been charged resort fees twice, once by booking. com and once by Caesars. Caesars claim 3rd party booking companies don't have the right to charge resort fees as they only charge them once you actually stay because you could cancel or not arrive (meaning you haven't used the resort so your not liable for the fees) this is an issue with booking. com not Caesars

Harvey’s is under construction, unbeknownst to us when making the reservation. Dining on property was limited as well as bars and gaming. All in all everyone was friendly and the rooms were very clean and comfortable. Many fun places within walking distance. Parking was expensive on top of all the other fees. The restaurants and bars we did frequent on property were fabulous! I would say, book with caution until construction is complete. Monday morning noise was CRAZY loud!

Location
Harvey's is remodeling, causing chaos confusion, noise, walking hazards, there are not enough lower priced places to eat. Stores are not open till late afternoon and then close by 10:00 pm. Restaurant Wolf Vanderpump's new room service did not get our order, and I noe front desk could not reach them by phone. The manager, Abbey. did take care if us.personally and did not charge for the $50 Hamburger. The valet folks were the friendliest staff there. The staff seemed stressed also. This was my first trip to Lake Tahoe. When I come back, I WILL NOT stay at Harvey's even if construction is completed.
