We loved staying here for our short trip in Knoxville. It is close by grocery and food locations, but also in a great location to leave for downtown. My only complaint is multiple outlets in the room would not work. This made it very hard to charge phones or laptops for working in the evening.

Overall the room was clean and it was convenient to have a small kitchenette. The hallways and elevator, however, were not especially clean. There were constantly people hanging around outside the hotel at the entrances which made coming and going very uncomfortable, and my adult daughter did not feel safe as. men were staring at her and making inappropriate comments. We will not likely stay here again, even though the location was convenient.
