Every single staff, without exception, were attentive, helpful and happy. I’ve never smiled so much over 6 days! I will be back, just as much to enjoy Bali as seeing the wonderful staff and enjoying the beautiful property!

Stunning property!! Received 2,000,000 IDR credit per day which allowed me to eat and drink for free daily at the many restaurants on site and room service. Every staff member was kind and went above and beyond to make sure my stay was comfortable and I had everything I needed. Would absolutely recommend.

This Marriott resort is an excellent venue for luxury and relaxation. The rooms and suites are very spacious and very clean. Due to the age of the resort and location by the sea, some things might need renovation but the design and architecture for indoors and outdoors is still very attractive. The breakfast is focused in Chinese and Japanese recipes mostly but it is of a great quality and good taste and there are also enough “European - Friendly” foods. The highest asset of the hotel is the personnel. Everyone is very helpful, polite and always with a big real smile. Congratulations to everyone and especially to Mr Dylan (manager) who helped as a lot with some issues we faced during our stay and he resolved most of them. Many thanks also to Mr Hendra (breakfast restaurant) for his assistance every morning his politeness and smile. I hope I will be able to visit this resort again in the future. I definitely recommend it.
