First, my heartfelt thanks go to Miss Fatima from the Reception team. From the moment we arrived, she demonstrated remarkable professionalism, warmth, and efficiency. Her attentive attitude, clear communication, and genuine care made our check-in experience smooth and reassuring, leaving us with a wonderful first impression of the hotel.
I would also like to extend special recognition to Mr. Arya, the Food & Beverage Manager at Cliff Lounge. His professionalism, attention to detail, and dedication to guest satisfaction truly stood out. Under his management, the dining experience at Cliff Lounge was not only enjoyable but memorable. His leadership and hospitality greatly enhanced our overall experience.

Practically it's slightly less then 5 * hotel. Our rating is 4.8
But in general we are enjoying stay in every way - that was a wonderful holiday at leisure.
Very recommend this resort for 4-6 days.
