The hotel was clean, but I'd hardly call it a 4-star hotel. I was very disappointed with the attempted early check-in, having no room assigned for a premium king when I returned that evening, and when I returned, the room that was assigned was located on the 2nd floor above trash pickup, with a 4:00 a.m. wake-up each day. Due to the less-than-stellar accommodations for what was presented on this site as luxury or high-end, I have to share a poor review. I'd compare this hotel to a Hyatt Place at best, and Hyatt Place has breakfast and coffee...

Rooms were nice and comfy, front desk was also nice except now being able to do something for a birthday. The only other complaint was our rooms AC was not working and was hot. I told front desk and they told me they would have someone check it out, but never did.

Front desk staff was wonderful; friendly, efficient, helpful and professional when handling a guest that didn’t want to wait in line. The hotel was full due to a nearby event and it was still very clean and well stocked with free water and fruit. The drink at check in was an extremely appreciated surprise after a long drive. We’re looking forward to coming back just to experience the hotel for the weekend, lounge at the pool and enjoy the onsite restaurant that we didn’t get to try last time but smelled amazing.

What a great place and service. The amenities are amazing. I did not think the restaurant meal was to the level to the quality of the hotel and there were no alterations possible, they told me it's all pre-made ready to be done the way it's meant. I'm a nursing mother so I can't have spicy and had couple kiddos w me so it would be helpful to be able to get just a simple protein made for them. A printed menu in the room would be helpful (even tho I know it's so last century:-) Thanks to all the front desk staff for being welcoming and supportive of me arriving w children. I travel for business all the time and felt like this was a top notch service. Thanks!!

The room had a very strong scent of fertilizer? I was so tired from traveling, I decided to live with it. Not a big deal, but curious as to why that was the case!

Room was clean looking, friendly staff, well lit parking, good area and nice hotel setup. Issues: Room had a scent that wasn’t fresh. The sheets had a sweaty smell. In the morning the sinks had a fishy odor coming from the drain. The mini fridge didn’t work. You can hear cars passing and people chatting outside your window.

Chose it for it's proximity to the Shoreline Amphitheater. Within a comfortable walking distance. Ample complimentary parking and car chargers. Bar and Restaurant on site. Sports bar with affordable eats and Pakistani take-out style restaurant within a block. Starbuck's on the corner.

We showed up two hours after check in, room was not ready. Had to sit in the lobby for another hour before our room was ready. We had an event to go to had to start getting ready in the bathroom.

The hotel is clean, modern, nice, comfortable, very reasonably priced. But you always get what you pay for. I just didnt expect this kind of gripe... everything (ev-er-y-thing) runs through an app. So its frustrating to do anything. Check in was easy once you are there but after I booked it took an hour to set up the app to "self" check in. Usually you judt go to the front desk and are in the room in 10 minutes. I literally spent 20 minutes trying to turn off the lights which can only be done through the TV. I was tired and the bed had a red glow light. I finally found a master switch on the wall but it wasnt at all aparent. I had their package deal for breakfast. using the voucher turned out to be easy but only after 30 min following the online instructions leading to dead ends. Finally I called the front desk who had to go figure it out... basically do it the old fashioned way and tell the restaurant your room number. It is a good concept. But we are not there with our tech yet. At least not at this pricepoint. It was all very annoying. The food is well intentioned but kind of ick...like fancy plane food. They are pet friendly, but a poor left alone dog was howling all day while I was trying to work in my room. Again, all well intentioned but backfired for me. The bed was comfey though! Shower nice. Room clean and nice. The pool looked nice, etc. So I give it 4 stars. There are so many hotels in the area though I think im inclined to not try this one again.

Quiet , clean and comfortable stay . Conveniently located close to Shoreline Amphitheatre . ( Within easy walking distance ) Restaurant , bar and coffee shop have excellent and interesting dining choices . A must stay if you’re attending any event at Shoreline !

Amazing lobby and very friendly reception, including a complementary glass of wine or beer! Rooms are very very nice. Only minor negative: noise from walking of the guess in the room above mine was quite loud. Maybe this was bad luck but the noise was unusually loud whenever the person was walking around their room.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The property is absolutely beautiful elegantly designed and clean. I truly appreciated the attention to detail in the decor, which created such a welcoming atmosphere. The live music was a great touch, adding a vibrant yet relaxing vibe to the experience. The check-in process was smooth and quick, which made me feel at ease right away. However, I did feel that some of the staff could improve their hospitality skills. While they were polite, there wasn’t much warmth or engagement in their interactions. On the bright side, the housekeepers were incredibly friendly, always greeting guests with a smile and ready to help with anything needed. Overall, it was a very pleasant stay, and I would definitely return. I hope the hotel continues to work on enhancing staff interactions to match the high quality of the property and services!

This was our second stay at Shashi this summer for a concert and it was even better than the first. Our room was a little bigger than last time and the service was as impeccable as the first time. The pool is clean and open early. They have a sauna and a steam room and comfy robes to wear and complimentary drinks on check-in. They have a bar that’s perfect to grab drinks at before a shoreline show and the beds are luxuriously comfortable. Their bath products smell very woodsy which is perfect for those of us who are into that sort of thing. Will be back

I have stayed at this hotel a few times because of its proximity to the Shoreline Amphitheater. I went with friends to a concert this trip and as always, the stay was great! The only issue we had this time was music being played too loud at night and then again in the morning. I’m guessing it was from the bar/restaurant in the hotel, but it was loud and I had a hard time falling asleep, and then was woken up again in the morning. We were on the second floor, maybe it’s not as loud higher up? Either way, I am sure I will stay there again. I added a few pics, you can see the room in the background.

Stayed here for a concert at shoreline. It’s a great location if you’re going to a concert but wouldn’t stay here for any other reason. Over priced for what it is. The coffee situation is unacceptable. For $500+ a night, I expect an actual coffee maker in room or complementary coffee in lobby. The “instant coffee” in room is absolutely garbage and pathetic. Then to charge $6 for a coffee at the coffee shop is ridiculous. Its the little things that matter, for that alone I won’t stay here again.
