Gorgeous and classic French ambiance. A rare find and treat to stay at. Plus very pet friendly.
The free breakfast items, were not what I expected, but the pay for menu items were exceptional.

Great location, nice decor and rooms were spacious
Parking, loud interiors hallways. Doors slamming at 6am. Room had fingernail clippings next to the bed and on the nightstand.

Enchante is located right in in the heart of Los Altos and is a boutique hotel that might as well be located in the heart of France. The fixtures and furnishings are wonderful, as is their small, elegant restaurant, Campagne.
The hotel does not offer parking, and all of the lots nearby are either business-owned or time-limited (2-3 hours maximum, Monday through Saturday, between 8 a.m. and 6 p.m.).

The food was great. The room was clean and the location was nice.
The room was really small given the price I paid for it. The bathroom sink didn’t drain the entire time I was there and they said it couldn’t be fixed until the next morning after I checked out which was quite an inconvenience.
