Nice stay in Sunnyvale
It's a good suite for its price. All required amenities are in place, it's clean and spacious.

Great location but the room smelled like smoke
Great location and the room had a full size refrigeration, induction stove, microwave and dishwasher. The breakfast in the morning was good.
The room smelled like a smokers room. A small roach crawled in the bathroom to under the rug in the bedroom and the body soap wasn't refilled properly from housecleaning. There is a charge to park a car overnight.

Wonderful place to stay in!
The room was very comfortable in had a lot of light. the kitchenette was wonderful and the room was very well equiped. I had everything within reach.
I couldn't open the window. I was charged $ 12 a day for parking. They wanted to charge $ 15 a day, but I showed them the email I got a few hours prior to my arrival about parking fee.

Great location for us. We were in Sunnyvale for a Celebration of Life. We chose the location central to the airport and Michael’s at the Golf Course. Went to dinner at DishDash and was thrilled. The bed at TownSuites was not as comfortable( and it was small) as other Marriott properties. We really appreciated the underground parking and elevator access,
Not enough towels. No hand towels. The refrigerator doors opened the wrong way.

Hotel is located in a wonderful area and the staff that work there are absolutely wonderful
The staff was very friendly and helpful and I love the fact that I could check in a little early
They need to updated their linings to something soft and curtains. The curtains were so old. They had big holes in them. Screens on the Upper Floor Windows would be nice too. It's nice to open up the windows to get fresh air but it's not nice to have bugs fly into your room because there's no screen on the window. The breakfast room is very small for how big the hotel is and breakfast could have a little bit more variety to choose from besides bread and cereal and Waffles.

Every thing was good, Except I don't trust team about their honesty

The day I checked out, I forgot my Expensive Rebook Shoes, I call them immidiately, they said when they clean the room they will bring to ;us and report it. Please call us back tomorrow. I called next day they said it hasn't arrive, please give one more day. I called third day they said they couldn't find my shoes. Ether clenaing crew is????? or your system is not ?????? Every thing else was good
