    I can’t say enough good things! This place is gorgeous, clean, and accommodating. Prime location within walking distance from Shoreline Amphitheater. The hotel itself is modern and has wonderful amenities. The staff was all so friendly and helpful. Parking is only $20 per night and my stay was very reasonably price. I loved this place!

    I requested extra pillows and what they delivered was deplorable. The odor was unbearable. As if someone vomited inside it. I took it to front desk. There response was to deliver more disgusting pillows. Word to wise if you stay here bring your own pillows. Their cleaning process isn't working. My wife and I always chose 4/5 stars facilities. Although crafty and unique they missed on cleanliness. Just the simple truth. Correctitable but will take effort.

    The staff is appalling and unprofessional, offering no help when needed; the hotel is very clean and elegant; a car or Uber is essential; the price is excessive and the restaurant very expensive.
