Great facilities, nice gym, spacious rooms, fun selection of games in the lobby.

It’s right on El Camino Real, so there’s lots of road noise.

The Room was really compfy and nice! The Service was stellar!

I had a great stay at this hotel. It has a modern feel throughout, and my room was very spacious and comfortable. The staff was also very helpful, making the experience even better. Overall, a solid stay.

We loved how easy it was to check in and out. We arrived a little earlier than the 3pm check in time and they were able to accommodate us.

The hotel is now modern but the TV could use a revamp, not the TV itself but the service. I've been to other hotels that are definitely not as nice as this one but I was able to watch netflix/hulu on those. Maybe it's just my preference.

I like that it had common space and that the decor seemed new, fun and vibrant.

The walls are super thin. I didn’t sleep well because I heard everything happening in the rooms around me.

The location was conveniently next to a very busy freeway. Beautiful views of a wall and an air-conditioning unit.

The check in process was awful. They never recieved my booking through Booking.com so I had to pay an additional $60 through there "Member Rate". The first time they ran my card it said "Approved" and she said it didn't go through. I asked her if she was sure so as not to double charge me. She said she was so I used another card and it went through. Come to find out later that I was indeed double charged. After 30 minutes I finally got keys to my room. I went up and of course the keys didn't work so I had to go back down and wait for another couple whos key also didn't work. So after another 15 minutes and a room change to a worse room, I was finally able to get into a room. Although this hotel has potential to be convenient and nice, it was anything but. All I want is my money from back from being double charged as well as the difference I had to pay for my booking not going through, but to be honest I feel I should be comped for this stay.

The rooms were very clean and the bed and pillows were comfortable. The staff was very friendly.

Breakfast was very confusing. The menu wasn’t clear with what was available and the pricing. There were no muffins or bagels. It was unclear where to pay. Someone said pay at the bar. We left and ate elsewhere.

The value of the room, cleanliness, and the location.

When we were checking in, the two rooms I had booked were on two different names. I only provided my name and the receptionist didn't even bother to see if there was another room. She simply refused to see it and asked me to call Booking.com. I provided another name after seeing the booking. This is not a great experience for people checking in after a long journey. The receptionist is responsible for making sure to ask if there is another guest's name on the booking. In-room # 219, the bathroom door was tight and my friend got locked in.

A beautiful hotel! The staff is friendly and helpful. The decor is up-to-date and the beds are comfortable.

Clean, modern design

Everything was good, the room, the bed, the pillows , the food and the drinks. We had Korean tacos and wings for dinner and they were so good! For breakfast, we ate waffles and a burrito and they were very good! As far as the drinks, the mango sangria was amazing! We very much enjoyed the pool table and the bar. Pool looked good as well!

We missed things at breakfast. There was no butter nor jam. No cereal either. And the front desk staff was not very nice.

The lobby was nice and clean. The room was comfortable, clean and conveniently located to attend a Levi stadium event.

The room

The front desk team can be abit nicer with tourists. They have no patience whatsoever when being asked about complimentary water or any information important to the tourist. Also they are very ediment about the deposit but when asked about the release upon check out, an attitude from the front desk is the last thing one expects.

Close to hospital, minimalistic so was nice and relaxing.

Front desk was rude and after telling them I booked through booking … few days later I get a charge for them for the room and it’s been hell to get the money back when they should have never charged me for my booking since I already paid through 3rd party. Every time I call the front desk they hang up on me when I explain they need to refund my money for a room I already paid for.
