The location is great, and the room is fine

The receptionist was very inefficient. Only one person was there around 11:10, and I waited abotu 10 minutes to check out.

Just fine but bring your own bottle of water and slippers

Room is outdated but still okay. Air conditioning worked well, bed was comfortable, room was spacious, bathroom was clean, there was hot water, hair dryer and ironing board.

There's no complimentary mineral water; I was told to buy. No slippers/disposable slippers provided even though it was requested upon reservation. I was told they ran out of it. Very inconvenient.

Room door issues!

Staff was nice and attended to our needs. Dinner area staff personnel were VERY pleasant and attentive. Great staff!

1st assigned room, door was jammed tight and would not open. Front desk assigned new room keys and with force, was able to enter the room. Only to find out that the room had no heat. Moved to a 2nd room. At 2nd room, door would not secure but had heat. Had to choose between freezing in a cold room or sleeping in a room with heat but door unlocked. We selected to sleep warmly with an unsecured door. The next morning maintenance responded and corrected the issue with the door. Very concerning issues which guests should not have to address.

We had intended to book our next stay before we leaving , but with the lack of concern we chose not to.

This was our second stay within the last month. My brother is having medical procedures at Standford Hospital and we found the rooms to be very comfortable during our first visit.

During our second visit I was awakened in the middle of the night by a tapping noise. I thought there was someone at the door but it turned out to be a stream of water coming from the light fixture in the ceiling of the bathroom. I went to call the front desk only to find the phone had no dial tone. When I did reach the front desk and told them of the situation.I was told there were no maintenance personnel available. He asked if I wanted another room. By the time I packed my belongings and was given another room it was well into the early morning hours. I was given a credit for the parking fee.

Terrible.

The hotel is normally great

On the third night, I had extremely loud neighbors. I phoned the front desk about 9 times between 10:30 - 1 AM. Every time, the front desk said they would do something about it, but they never did until finally at 1 AM they moved the people to a different room. I couldn't sleep and had an early morning the next day. The people next to me were obnoxiously loud (yelling and talking super loud) and ignored all the phone calls and door visits from the front desk and kept being loud. I asked for a refund for that night. But they could not do anything. I emailed the manager but she didn't get back to me yet. I've stayed at this hotel before and its normally fine. This was just a terrible stay. On the 4th night, I had loud neighbors again who woke up at 4:30 AM in the morning and started making loud phone calls. I phoned the front again and they phoned to ask them to be quiet and the new neighbors indeed turned their voices down. I returned home to Canada today and am exhausted. It was a terrible stay.

The room was very very nice and the bed was very comfortable. Loved the robe that was provided to the guest after a shower or bath and the nice amenities that were provided for the guest to use

I was not aware that I was charged $20.00 for parking at hotel, I didn't notice that charge until I returned home, which I live in Stockton, Ca, a little unhappy about the charge which I feel I should not be charge for parking

Staff was nice. The bed was great. Large room. Near pool. Free coffee in lobby.

Our 2nd floor room in back overlooking pool, a long walk from the front. Can park by room, but no elevator. No free breakfast which was not an issue for us.

Pleasant but also frustrating

Breakfast was mediocre at best. Loved the outdoor patio space. Rooms were large. The front desk clerks were very helpful and courteous.

The the restaurant staff was frustrating and on person in particular was very rude. We brought food in and wanted to eat together, but were scolded by 2 different restaurant personnel. We thought we were in the bar area, but apparently not! No trash cans in the patio area so not able to clean up after ourselves.

A very good value. The location was very expensive, but this hotel was very fairly priced.

Location of room was on 1st floor in consideration of my Wife's difficulty with stairs and long distance to the room. The room assigned met our desire perfectly.

Air conditioning was limited. Maint worked on it and improved the temperature, but was still limited.

Very comfortable and enjoyable property!

Common areas to enjoy both inside and outside. Hot and cold filtered water available for making coffee, tea or to refill water bottle. Comfortable rooms. A bar to have a glass of wine in the evening. Safe place. Staff was wonderful, friendly and accommodating. Can’t say enough too about Ron at the front desk who made a very stressful situation and reason why I was here (medical emergency) so much easier because of his compassion and care.

Adequate for Business Trip

The check-in was easy and efficient. I was given a room at the end of the hall so it was quieter than expected. The room had not been used in quite some time and had a stale smell to it. Same thing with the shower, no water for 1 minute in the pipes and then explosion of yellow water. I had to then let it run for another 5 minutes before getting in. Check out was simple and easy. They do have a very nice gym for people, but the steam room is on the other side of the gym area and there are no joining change rooms to the gym or steam room so users have to walk to and from with their robe on? oh well, fun anyways.

Could have been a bit cleaner in the rooms. Stale smell. The window blinds/shades did not close all the way.

I guess this is a “first impression thing.“ Ron at the front desk made us feel so welcome when we arrived that evening. He took time with us and was genuine and knowledgeable. The hotel was clean and had some great memories for my sweetheart. Will visit again!

The staff was hands down the best part of my stay. Beth and Ron at the front desk were helpful and accommodating at every turn. Andres and his manager were exceptional for breakfast. Housekeeping -Andre, and the women, were both extremely helpful and professional. Well- dressed too. The woman in the bar, kind, helpful, and professional. The staff take pride in their level of customer service.

Needs to be updated, but the bed and pillows were a dream.
