Quality Mountain View Stay

- Clean and well lit grounds and reasonably priced - Friendly 24/7 front desk service and they were all fantastic - Always available ice, infused water, and coffee - Did not use it but they have a laundry room - Perfect location if your intention is to stay really close to Mountain View (it was ours) - Really loved the kitchenette and the extra vanity space between the bed and bathroom - Walking distance to lots of coffee pizza and other places - Lots of lighting options in the room

These were just small things that the management could consider... - The building 15 elevator was really noisy and bumpy. I don't know if there's anything they can do about it - They ran out of breakfast buffet items pretty frequently so I think a little bit faster pace with refilling would have been helpful - Construction was happening but there were also work piles and kind of work equipment everywhere and late into the day - We booked with the understanding there was a heated pool and then it was not open Again, these are minor things (not deal breakers) but Good for management to be aware!!!

Location was close to the concert we were attending and yet away from all the congestion

Horriblele experience!

It was a nightmare. Poorly trained staff and no Manager available on Saturdays during checking time. Let me make clear: I would rate “0” if it was possible. The place is going through renovation and does not notify clients prior to stay such a pool that is not working ( but advertised) during beginning of summer, the AC inside the rooms not working, bathtub does not work, there is no acessibility support. Rooms for families are upstairs without elevator. Walkways are not acessible, port lightening during nighttime to get to your room. If you call service room they will continuously hang up on you and when you can talk to them no service room is available for towels or anything else… front desk has not authority or access to any changes in their system while a manager is gone, which makes them Unable to solve clients issues… Horrible place! Horrible service..

Best stay in heart of Mountain View with fully equipped room / kitchen / patio & affordable price!

Excellent location in heart of the Valley / Mountain View. In the room you have entire kitchen with all the necessary stuff to cook and eat and sit and enjoy. The rooms on ground floors have direct exit with access to little yard where they have table, chairs and umbrella so that you feed yourself like at patio. Good breakfast too.

Comfortable, well appointed rooms. Staff were very good. Breakfast was nice.

We got a room right on the busy highway so it was quite noisy. Pool was empty/out of use which we didn’t know until we arrived. Disappointing when you book a hotel with a pool.

Great place for a short weekend stop.

Jeff and Zack were extremely helpful when checking in. We were celebrating our anniversary so our names were on their board on the counter and they had a bag of goodies for us. What a way to make us feel special! Kudos to both of them!! There was a varied selection for breakfast. Something for everyone and very tasty. If in the area again, we would definitely stay again.

I would give 5 stars if the check-in had not been a complete nightmare

it has an excelent location, the room was very clean and spacious, had nice towels and sheets, the kitchen is fully equipped.

I had the worst check-in experience of my life. I have been booking my hotels for several years, mostly in the US through Booking.com and never before I had the problem that happened in this hotel. I had payed 8 nights in advance and the two people who were attending the front desk kept insisting that they were unable to collect my payment from Booking.com and that there was nothing they could do, and it wss my responsibility to contact Booking and solve the problem. The lady was very unfriendly. After a lot of debate, I tried contacting Booking by phone and my confirmation number was apparently not being recognized by the system. While I kept trying, and after around 40 minutes I had arrived in the property and was in complete distress, the lady called me back with the information that she was finally able to collect my payment.

We came here for the Shania Twain concert and we decided to book a hotel last minute.

The cost. The layout of the room. The easy booking. The ease of checking in. The front staff was very informative. The breakfast was great. Overall, one of our best stays in a Bay Area hotel.

There was nothing we didn’t like.
