Great option if studio apartment features are needed for an extended stay

Residence Inns have been around a very long time and serves as extended housing often as part of relocation packages. The studios are very well appointed and these are modern in design. The location is perfect for my needs.

Nothing to add but a balcony would be nice.

Very pleasant stay, would return there again.

We booked a 1 BR unit, and it was exactly what we wanted. It allowed one of us to go to bed early while the other one could sit in the living room without disturbing the sleeper. Kitchen area was well equipped, too. The hotel is also very close to local markets and stores.

Shower water flow was weak, but I suspect that was due to California laws about water flow and conserving water.

Everything was great

I liked all the options for family to play games and sit around a barbecue in the pool and I love the inside of the rooms with the kitchen. Specially, if you have small kids.

Staff at desk did not communicate that the breakfast had been canceled. My wife asked if she could have a small item from the store area. The attendant said that was fine but charged us $23.00 on ur card after indicating that it was free.

Terrible. Worst hotel experience I've ever had any where in the world. And I've been all over.

Terrible service. Understaffed hotel that thinks they provide excellent service... but they don't. The facility is older and has some issues with latches that lock on you when you try to get into your room, tv's that don't shut off, and brown stains on the toilet that looks like poop but we were told that it wasn't and that the facility is old and therefore has stains... which is normal ..." I tried reaching front desk after 9:30 pm on the day we arrived to ask how to shut the tv as it would not turn off... but after about 10 tries no one picked up... I told this to the management in the morning and they said they trust their staff and that someone indeed was on duty.... ( so I guess I must have made it up??) The management is rude and not pleasant... though they think they are very pleasant. Never experienced service such as this. And repeatedly was told this was not a full service facility so I should not expect full service... We left and found a new place which was WONDERFUL... called Dinah's Garden. I don't recommend staying here if you are used to service and staffing.

More staffing, staff that gives the client the service they need and does not insult them. Update and take care of things that are broken rather than blame the age of the hotel...
