Good place for a short stay

The location was convenient for us and within walking distance of the shopping centre.

The rooms weren't as clean as they could have been.

Location convenient to where I needed to be

Smelled mildew,, floors and rug were dirty, toilet smelled like sewer, door was hard to shut close, breakfast was horrible, all this did not create for a cozy comfortable stay. I would never stay again and would not recommend.

Very basic hotel, however with great location. Breakfast as expected at this kind of properties - just regular.

Rooms not cleaned everyday. A bit stinky rooms. Low water pressure in the shower. Although there is swimming pool in the hotel, it is not heated, so I could not use it in October.

mold in the tub and shower tile, disgusting! Will share photos online.

Disappointment. Not clean, bed bugs, crawling insects in the room. But very friendly staff tbh.

The staff were helpful, trying to comfort us.

Room was not clean, bed bugs, insects and ants on the wall and carpet, bathroom floor not clean (we would wipe it ourselves and black stuff would be wiped off of it), hair stuck on the walls and ceiling.

I stayed here for pre and post surgery at Stanford. Was not too far away and easy to travel to and from would recommend.

Easy to locate, nice and quiet. Staff was excellent and was nice to have the breakfast option. Fridge was great to have.

Some upgrades to the room would have given higher rating, such as replacing carpet or at least cleaning it. Having a better layout for the blackout curtains and an extra lock in the door.

A great place to stay.

Ray was incredibly helpful and accommodating when we were checking in. Our room was spacious and we enjoyed that there was a Carl's Jr. directly across the street. There were many options for breakfast and the food was good.

We were sad the hot tub was not set up for use.

Staff was helpful but they didn't have any extra bedsheets or pillows which is a bit poor. Travelling with kids is not ideal as they can tend to soil thr bed and the hotel has no extra bedsheets

The bed, pillows and shower. Enjoyed breakfasts except when only sausage was offered instead of choice of bacon.

No phone service and poor cellular reception; loose sink fixtures, closet should've been deeper. No dresser or luggage stands
